Honestly the best shop I’ve ever been to. I travel all over and being in shops in Washington, Colorado, Utah, etc I’m beyond impressed. Selection is perfect for its size. Custom orders for specific products (if manufacturers have inventory), services, boards, skis, you name it. Purchased full board set up for me and skis for the wife and rented for the kiddos. Place does get packed to brim at times but it seems the employees do their best with helping. They are getting much more popular for their lowered prices and ability to outperform a corporate business as well as the fact that they do quick and easy rentals. If you are want the best service in the rentals Sam (big fella in the store) is amazing with kids and has amazing insight on gear. Great job to Clark’s you folks have won my loyalty and I will be sure to root for you anyday.

Arturo and his crew are true professionals. I had never gotten ski boots fitted before, and I knew very little going in. Arturo helped educate me and talked me through trying on several boot options. I fully trust Arturo's expertise, and he's got great stories too if you're there for a while. I've got my go-to ski shop now.

Has to be one of the coolest & nicest shops I've been in, in a long time. Very clean. So many choices for men & women. Product u don't typically see inside other stores.. sold here, which is really nice. I will be returning!

We were visiting the area and planned to rent bikes from another store who's website said it was open and so did the door but no one was there to help us. We called Scott and he let us know the trail went all the way up the canyon. He helped my family of five with bikes, helmets and a trailer. Everything was well maintained. Scott gave us a lot of history of the area. It was a great experience.

Great staff with years of experience to fit you in the right equipment. Less expensive than at Squaw Village. Storm came in and they were kind enough to credit us the day. We came back to rent when weather was better and slopes opened. Will definitely do so again on our next trip! Thank you!

If you want a bike, go here. Don't think about it. Just do it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They accept multiple payment methods. Not to mention, it is SUPER close to the trail. This was my first time ever renting a bike and they were so dope it's not even funny. RUN, DON'T WALK to this place if you need a bike. Seriously. I will be using this business exclusively for my bike rentals.

We are so lucky to have these guys in town. Support them and shop here! You will not meet a better crew who can answer your questions, find you the right gear, and get you out and riding! Fair pricing and great selection. They have Goodr sunglasses (my favorite) and pretty much all the staples you might need.

Good work takes time. Let these guys fix my boat, even redid my Seats and upholstery. Everything came out great. So I added a Couple other things. They answered all my questions and gave me some pointers. Great service all around

Huge shout out to the crew at Pacos!  They really delivered when needed. I had a minor repair that took about minutes on my mt bike.  Other shops in Truckee, told me to come back in a few days or make an appointment as they were too busy (I get it, staffing shortages, holiday weekend, Truckee is busy).  Pacos on the other hand, fixed it the same afternoon so that I did not need to miss a few days of riding.  To make things even better, they offered me a beer while I waited and I talked about bike trails and I shared riding stories with some of the staff.  This deserves highly recommended in my book! We have a lot of bike shops in Truckee, many are very good and provide good service but being told to wait a few days for a -minute repair sucks.

Best customer service at a ski rental store so far ever! Incredibly friendly staff who were knowledgeable and quick and cracked jokes the whole time! One guy even gave me a % discount for guessing the artist of a song! Super nice gear as well!

I did some research on snowshoeing areas in the North Lake Tahoe area. Walked into Tahoe Daves and started chatting with Vic who gave a great recommendation that was not in the Google Search. I can't compare his recommendation with the online recommendations, but we had a great time out amongst the pines and quiet. My hats off to Vic for great knowledge of the area and additionally in outfitting my partner and I with the right snowshoe gear.

Mindful staff, fair prices, good choices for purchase, rentals, or demos for boards or skis. Swimming lessons offered during the warmer months. Some kayaks, water skis and hiking equipment too. Not the largest selection of those though.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Kevin and Eric for boot fittings and then Shawn took great care of us from there getting new skis with bindings all setup. Will definitely work with these guys again!

Love ASO. Not sure who the owner is…But the guy in the funny shirts named Chop is the most awesome man!!! They Helped my kids- had great prices and made it lots of fun! The selection is fantastic and staff is super friendly. Can’t wait to visit in this summer.
