I am a realtor. We had a home inspection that identified "issues" with the roof. I contacted Knipp for an inspection, and was told the roof was fine and had a long life to it. They could have made a lot of money off this deal, but were HONEST about the condition of the roof and provided me a report to give to my buyer. They do not return calls. Go ahead and try to reach someone there, Goodluck. I hired them for 2 projects, both are leaking heavily. They do not respond or care about their service. It has been months and they still haven't corrected their short comings. Would not recommend. They will answer your call to get the job but after that nothing. Attached are just a couple of areas that leak. There is a lot more.

Ryan and his crew just finished installing new gutters and Leaf X gutter guards today. Very pleased with the whole process from estimate to installation. Crew was very professional, no loud music or talking. In fact if I hadn't seen them walking past the window I would have forgotten they were here. Very polite and nice to talk to.
