I used to frequent this location because of their location, since moving I have returned on several occasions because of the amazing customer service. Just last week I went back and was impressed with the positive atmosphere in the midst of it being very (very) busy!! The team keeps the line moving and always has a smile on their face. Thanks for being a positive & stress free environment!

I dropped off some boxes of paper for shredding, which Mike Schmidt of Shred took care of quickly and efficiently. I also, unbeknownst to me, dropped my house and car keys in the parking lot. I thought they were lost for good — but Mike took the time and effort to track me down (via a grocery store loyalty card on my key ring). He contacted me to return the keys and declined any reward. So, not only is this a great service business, but the operator is an honest and conscientious person. Well worth bringing your business to!

I wanted to reach out and say that our Center was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Shred Ace, Inc. Your representatives was professional and courteous, via email and in-person. One of the few businesses that actually do what they say they will do, when they said they would do it, while being reasonably priced. Great job and such peace of mind knowing our sensitive materials were immediately and securely disposed of while onsite. We will contact Shred Ace, Inc. for future needs.

Our church had a shredding fundraiser on May 7, . Our experience began with the Proshred driver (Kyle) arriving about minutes early. He assured us the truck was empty and fully ready. By far the best Staples I have ever been to! I recently needed business cards printed. I put a front end back Jpeg image file on a USB stick and first headed to Office Depot. They wanted to charge $ to out it in their website to create the up format for the printer. I left and headed to this Staples location. I was greeted by the friendly staff who quickly got my order sorted for the cards. I placed the order at 6:pm and at 7:pm same day, the cards were ready for pickup. Incredibly speedy print center with staff that have a passion for what they do. Can't ask for anything more.

Wonderful staff… Every time I’ve used their services in person or over the phone, everyone has been very congenial and helpful. *** I must commend the Owner/Manager, Harry for handling a particularly sensitive encounter with an upset female customer who couldn’t properly navigate her Amazon app on her phone to locate the return instructions. She was both flustered and started getting irate loudly stating she was getting really mad and Harry remained calm and stated, “we handle many of these types of returns and I’m more than happy to help you if you allow me to show you on your phone.” He ultimately was able to assist her but it wasn’t without a lot of frustration on her part, despite the fact it had nothing to do with him or the UPS services. She made everyone rather uncomfortable with her behavior and after she departed I commended him and the staff for handling the situation with sensitivity and calm!!! Great job everyone👏👏👏

Excellent service today. Senthil was able to pack and ship my box and two envelopes quickly without issue. Much better parking here than the UPS store downtown. I will ship all of my packages here now!

After we convert the records they handle the shredding for us. They do a great job of getting a truck out fast when we need them. I like being able to watch as they shred.

Nathaniel and the staff are amazing. Everyone speaks and real cool. The store is always clean. My office is around the corner and have shopped here for years. Everyone is cordial and willing to help. I go to just look at pens sometimes and don’t feel like somebody watching me. It’s a great environment and love to shop here for my office and home office supplies.

My husband and I recently relocated to NC from out of state, and needed to ship a number of somewhat large and heavy boxes, and needed to have them stored until we had a place to live lined up and were able to come pick them up. I called this UPS location and Naomi was super helpful in answering all my questions about this process and promptly getting me the necessary paperwork. (The price was also really reasonable!) On pick-up day, Naomi and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, and even helped us load our boxes into our truck. They really turned what could have been a huge hassle, into a very painless and smooth experience.

I was looking for a. Square reader at the store, but when the associate couldn't find one in stock, he promptly located one and put it on hold for me to pick up at a nearby store. Great service and very helpful.
