I called several different companies trying to get information. Most places got my contact information, but few were available to talk. Some I heard back from, some I didn’t. Ryan picked up on my 1st call and was available to talk. I ended up meeting with Austin a few days later, and setting up service that was installed the next day. We have a new security system that is modern, clear video, and an easy app to navigate. I now have full house security system, and a great team to trust if any problems come up. To make a long story short, Evo Security has provided the most competitively priced home security I could find after calling nearly a dozen local outfits. Their pricing and quality of customer service make Evo a top-tier choice for anyone looking to have home automation and home security bundled into one simple package. Now, to make a short story long. I was previously a customer of a large security company that was charging me an exorbitant monthly fee. Once my contract with that company ended, I called around to find a local company that could take over my system and reduce my monthly fee. I called close to twelve different companies that could take over my hardware, and Evo was the most affordable by far. Joe, the outside sales rep, and Chase, the lead technician, came to my house to look at my system and make sure everything would smoothly transfer over to Evo. Joe walked me through every detail of the changeover and the new contract I was about to sign. I felt informed and taken care of at every turn, with a stark lack of pushy salesmanship. There was no pressure to buy, upgrade, or spend more than I desired to begin using Evo. I was also informed that a few pieces of equipment would be changed out, free of charge, to get me off of my old security provider's system and over to Evo. On install day, Chase showed up to begin the installation, and Joe was present to make sure everything else was in order. They were respectful of my home and family, making sure not to disturb my napping kids, and kept their work areas clean both during and after the installation. Since the installation, everything has worked flawlessly; in fact, my system works even better than before I moved to Evo. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their prices are affordable, their hardware is excellent, and their customer service is fantastic. I would pick Evo Security again and again, given the opportunity, and you should choose them too.

Joshua was an amazing representation for Guardian Security! He was very respectful and kind and he was prompt, and explained everything and was very thorough! Very likeable, sweet young man!
