Product is great. Been using the wire connection for 8 years on a long log truck. Updated it recently to an RF wireless trailer connection. Had a problem with the truck mounted receiver. Called him and he helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Sent a replacement part the next day. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
