An amazing, unique experience. It was magical to be out on the Hudson at sunset on this intimate vintage boat with our picnic! Levi was a perfect host and captain. Well worth it to take in the skyline and the Statue of Liberty and fall in love with NYC all over again!

Chose this excursion with my Sightseeing pass, and I'm really glad I did! The crew is really nice and professional. They obviously know how to handle the boat and keep everyone perfectly safe when the wind unexpectedly picks up. Of course the view is amazing. We sailed past the statue of liberty and since it was cloudy, I managed to take much better pictures than when I was actually on liberty island. And let's not forget the manhattan skyline on the other side. Definitely worth it, and I recommend it to everyone visiting NYC. Wether you're traveling alone like me, or with a partner, friends or family.

Wonderful 2 hour sail! Highly recommend for a really nice night out. The boat fits 6 people and we rented out. There is a nice per person discount to rent out the boat if you plan to go with 5 others. A very calm sail, Andrew was a great captain. There were no issues putting up the sail or going around. We passed all of the main sights from the Brooklyn Bridge to Governors Island to the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island to the Freedom Tower. You get really close to all of the sights, around yards away from Lady Liberty. Awesome to see Her from the front with no crowds or anyone near her. We were free to roam the boat and spent most of the time at the front, where there was a great breeze. The boat is BYOB and we brought white wine and some meats and cheese. There is also a menu on board with seltzer, beer, wine, etc. Highly recommend for great views and memories that will last a lifetime!

My husband and I flew from Georgia to Vermont to specifically go sailing and we are so grateful we chose Sail Vermont! Jonathan made it everything we'd hoped it would be. The lake is gorgeous with mountains views, it really is breath-taking. I would recommend the sunset one to everyone because you really can't beat the beauty of it at sunset. Jonathan let both me and my husband steer the sailboat so we really got the feel of it-while still having an experienced captain there to keep everyone safe and on the right path. He is very kind and we are very thankful for him!

Our future son in law, Andrew found this gem charter and they offered him support, agility (weather demanded quick change in plans), and personal investment in his planning a memorable engagement experience for our daughter Elle! Better yet, they included both myself and future mother of the groom to see if they could accommodate having rest of family meet after engagement to join in cruise @ Bristol Harbor to share in momentous experience. Photographer, who is crew member, was an unexpected bonus! Andrew and Elle felt like they had total privacy to enjoy this life changing occasion and in the end- we felt the crew shared the same joy we felt!!!! Alexandra was INCREDIBLE! My bucket list sailing excursion couldn't have been more perfect. She engaged with my best friend and me throughout the trip just the right amount. We enjoyed her company, but were in absolute awe of her sailing prowess. She understood that we were curious about sailing in general so she shared tons of valuable info of the hows and whys that made our trip feel educational as well as fun. She let me play Yacht Rock without complaining about the horrifically bad taste I have in music and smiled and laughed with us as we attempted navigating ourselves. Spent the best month of my life here

Recently, my husband surprised me with a birthday sunset cruise aboard 'Express Mail' with Captain Mike. We also got to introduce our teenage granddaughter to the joy of sailing. Wish fulfilled!! It was a beautiful evening, on a calm river, with an excellent captain. Thank You, Captain Mike!! It was, and will continue to be, a highlight of our summer. We can't wait to do it again!!
