I am so happy I chose SRM. My experience has been so great. They communicate so well, the clinic is such a comfortable environment. The staff was attentive. Dr Mazur has been wonderful. My nurse Amanda has gone above and beyond in my eyes and I can't thank her enough for being there when I needed her. I am excited for our future together building our family with SRM. This review is for Tacoma location only.

I love planned parenthood in general but this one was particularly nice! Everyone who helped me was lovely and I felt extremely comfortable talking to both the physician (Mary Kate) and assistant(Rose I believe). Thanks y’all!

I had a visit today and had an excellent experience. The provider I saw, Jackie, had a new idea for how to manage my birth control with less pain and stress. She also informed me about updated guidelines that make me eligible for a vaccine I previously thought I was too old to get. I wish I could get primary care services in the same type of humanizing, comforting environment where I am not brushed off when discussing my own health. GYN services are very personal and can be vulnerable, scary and painful—a certain special approach is needed to make patients comfortable, and you’ll find that at Federal Way Planned Parenthood.

I cannot say enough good things. I started coming here at weeks pregnancy after moving from out of state, and the car I received was above and beyond! They’re kind, considerate, and they truly care about you and your babies health. I’m forever grateful for the care me and my baby received from Kay!

I just don't understand the low ratings. This place is amazing!! Every single person! Respectful and encouraging! They really care about your well being and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I was seen within minutes of my appointment. I strongly recommend it to anyone what it looking for a warm and trusting environment to receive your transgender care! I so appreciate this service being available! My life is so much better now that I can make steps to a more authentic me! A++ to Sharon!!

We hired Katelyn for both doula & postpartum care for mom/baby, and we couldn’t imagine our birth story without her. Throughout the process she gave so much more than she had to, really taking the time to get to know us and answer all our questions. The way in which she shared resources felt very open ended, never as though she were forcing a point of view. When it came to the actual birth, she was vital in guiding me & my husband though labor. Since we live on an island, her expertise around when to take the ferry & go to the hospital was vital. She knew exactly when they were likely to take me. At the hospital, she was clear in communicating what was going to come next, how things were going to go, and helped me to feel very safe and in the know. After helping me get acclimated to baby, she finally went home to her family, it was Christmas Eve after all. But that wasn’t the end. We hired her for postpartum care which was the best decision! Our baby was a bit small, so the hospital midwives wanted an early weigh on him. Katelyn came over to do a check-in early and was able to confirm baby was gaining weight just fine (we didn’t even have to leave the house!). Our subsequent visits were at the cozy Vashon Midwifery Clinic, just up the road - no boats! Katelyn was easily able to take in the hospital records and continue our care. As new parents we were full of questions (breast feeding anyone??), and felt very grateful for the open line of communication. Anytime we texted, we heard back within the hour and got very clear, helpful information. I don’t know too many midwives you can text... We also found an amazing on-island massage therapist through Vashon Midwifery and have thought about utilizing their mental health services. Overall, this is an amazing resource on the island, and the quality of care is outstanding. Will be coming back when we’re ready to have our second.

I went here last year in December. Plan to yeetus the feetus and with being one of the first appointments I would say the wait would be only downfall for me. But patience gets you a long way because I believe the nurse’s name was Sarah. Sarah was jus straight to the point yet caring at the same time. Made my experience fast n easy as I took the dissolvable pills. Did that n i can continue to beat teen pregnancy. It’s still to this day I remember Sarah tho, I appreciate having her apart of the staff to make my first visit so smooth. Sarah if ur reading this you’re doing amazing. I appreciate you 🫶🏽

Moved from out of state and decided to call you see if I could get a checkup. They were able to help me figure out insurance/apple care and gave me direct number to call for help. When I arrived for my appointment they were so helpful and I felt very in control of my appointment. Great staff I felt safe with and relaxing environment. Thanks for the service!

If you're hoping to donate with a wonderful team of nurses and doctors who will care for and support you every step of the way, I definitely recommend this place. I wish I had come here first before donating with a different clinic last year because in comparison, PNWF outshined in every way. Alyssa, Emilee, Lindsey and the rest of the staff were remarkably supportive and genuinely care for you as a person! If and when I donate again it will for sure be with PNWF 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went to Swedish Maternal Fetal Medicine weekly for months and every single appointment I had could not have been a better experience. They are so on top of everything, I felt so well taken care of. The doctors and nurses took their time to talk to my husband and I and made sure we understood everything, and we never felt rushed. Giving birth at Swedish was an equally amazing experience. Super thankful for everyone who helped us.

The staff were kind and comforting. I truly appreciate them. I don't want to say their names on here because I know PP gets a bad rap and I don't want people targeted but the nurse who held my hand and comforted me...you are so truly appreciated. All of your care was a relief in a time when I felt like the world was ending. Thank you all sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

We had such a wonderful experience with the team here. We sought help last year after suffering 3 miscarriages. They ran every test under the sun to get to the bottom of things and let us try 2 cycles before moving on the iui. We conceived on our second cycle and now have a beautiful 2 month old girl. We couldn't have done it without the care and hard work from Dr. Lin and her team!!

Cedar River's Clinic is hands down one of the best medical experiences I've ever had as a woman. The staff was beyond compassionate, and genuinely caring. They treated me with respect, and kindness in my time of need. I am so grateful for the medical care and information that was provided to me. The doctors were gentle and really sensitive to me in my time of need when I felt so scared and anxious. We are living in times where our reproductive health choices are at an all time risk, and it is times like this where I'm beyond grateful to have such caring, and honest medical health care professionals doing this work. I've been Dr. Handlin's patient for almost 4.5 years. I visited him in for the first time after having 2 consecutive miscarriages (I had my first one without any problems). He listened to me carefully and assured me that accupunture does help, and it indeed did. My TSH was slightly high but still under 4. Accupuncture helped keeping it at bay which is below 2.5. Even after having my baby in , I kept visited him for general wellness once a month. I conceived again in and had my 3rd one recently. I'm really happy with the results . I'm really thankful to him. He's very supportive, listens to your concerns carefully and asnwers them, and has an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend.
