Global team - a real find! They repair everything! I called them to repair the furnace, I thought they were engaged in air conditioning and heaters. It is good that after repairing the heater, I mentioned that my refrigerator is flowing. The master said that they were repairing refrigerators too. But he had the next order for that day, so he filed my application for Wednesday. It was the bad compressor and the refrigerator had to be a major overhaul. My model is not new, so spare parts were not in stock. But Global Appliance Repair managed to find parts. They repaired my furnace and refrigerator. Great! I am very satisfied! Thanks guys!

Sal and his crew installed a new furnace and AC unit in March, . They also cleaned out the air ducts. They were awesome from start to finish, professional and responsive! They arrived on time, finished in less than a day, and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was very good and the price was reasonable. This past week I had a question about our upcoming inspection. Marian took care of it in a heartbeat and emailed me what I needed (wish dealing with the city were as easy).

Sergey was amazing! He is very intelligent and experienced. He described the problem with our ovens, what he was doing and why. I had another problem with my stove downdraft and he was able to fix that too. He ordered the parts and was back in a week to fix . The problem was more challenging to repair then initially thought, took more time, but he figured it out! I will definitely use Quality Appliance Service again & ask for Sergey.

This guy is the best! Fixed our oven and refrigerator. When the repaired Refrigerator wasnt making ice, he came right out and discovered the temp in the freezer was wrong, based on the former condition before repair. Simple adjustment but he checked his work anyway. Joyo covers all the bases and is informative regarding the problem and the fix. I would recommend him for all appliance repair needs. Our Bryant heater broke yesterday, and Brandon showed up 2 hours after we called. He was punctual, and quickly spot the problem, and explained the overall repair to us clearly. The repair cost was very reasonable. R&B also installed our air conditioning unit last year, and when our heater broke, we didn't even call other companies to compare quote. Our install was particularly tricky since it required two AC units and some custom work done.
