While replacing my battery, David replaced missing brackets and screws that a previous repairman had removed and discarded. Different Gravy... Dr.Maddie and the staff at Audiology Associates are different gravy, simply put. They offered to take us in (same day) after we canceled an appointment from a horribly rated ENT place just miles away from them. The receptionist lady was kind and considerate. She did not hurry us, and double-checked to see that we had all appropriate paperwork taken care of. Dr. Maddie took ear impressions for my girlfriend and I (she is getting custom-fit earplugs for sleeping and custom-fit in-ear monitors for myself). Her price was very reasonable and she has experience doing them. The office is clean and orderly, and we were in & out within about minutes. That was paperwork, impressions, her listening to our questions, and payment. WOW. I have never been more impressed by a doctor's visit than this. We will be coming back for their services in the future.

Guy was great, walked me through everything, did everything possible to fix my PC. He got it running answered all my questions and was quick on the rebuild process and set up my computer with all the appropriate software and drivers. Ted was amazing! We have an older home and we thought that our old AC unit had finally given up on us. Ted came out and inspected our unit and got right to work. He's incredibly knowledgeable in his field, very polite and respectful and works quickly. Highly recommend! This has been my air conditioning company for many years, and I've never been disappointed! They put in my current system while my kids were still in school (I think elementary school), and I have grandkids now...System still running. It's a great family-owned business!
