Deb is absolutely amazing. We had difficulty with our lender and Deb refused to let us get taken advantage of or let down. We wanted extra testing done, she made it happen. She managed our expectations so we didnt go looking at things we couldnt have, but helped us find the best we could for the budget we had. She cares about our homebuying experience, we were a team and she was the quarterback, linebacker, and kicker. Really cannot recommend enough. Deb will take care of you.

I worked with Ashley Pearson while buying my first home and as to be expected I had tons of “first timer” questions and she was always patient and precise in her answers. I think we seen over plus homes together and she went above and beyond she would even pick me up to show me the homes and then treat me to dinner while we discussed what I liked or didn’t like about the homes we saw that day. Definitely will be using her again when it’s time to purchase my next home!

What was great about the Saddle team is a few things. First they were able to drive great demand and inrrest in my house by pricing it correctly, which brought in so many interested buyers that we sold the house for $, over asking price in hours from being listed. Ian Palmer was a great agent. He helped with every step, and following his guidance made the sale so easy and smooth. From start to close was only 3 weeks and Ian made sure with such a fast closing everything was done correctly.
