I had used Formica in the summer of and happened to have the same plumber back for this service. He was fast, thorough and respectful of the space and issue at hand. He showed up on time (actually a little earlier which was awesome!) and was persistent to determine the cause of the problem. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciate the care and support from the first call all the way through the service. It was easy to make the appointment with a quick turn around time. Overall reliable and trustworthy service! We had our crawlspace encapsulated with concrete. The whole process was great starting from the initial interaction in setting up the appointment for the free quote to having the estimate and finally the work that was completed. Accu-Dry by far had the best price after receiving several quotes from other companies for the same work. The crew performing the work was great and very nice. I would highly recommend using Accu-Dry for any job you may need for your basement or crawlspace.

Highly Recommended! Yesterday morning I had no water & figured out it was the well pump. Called, spoke with a polite professional lady who had techs come in the afternoon to check & give me an estimate. Returned this morning & did a complete pump & holding tank repair in less than 4 hours. The techs were friendly professional & the boss gave us his personal cell number if we have any problems. Cost was reasonable & what I expected; even got a discount for paying in cash.

After a google search I discovered Franklin. This company and everyone of the crew are wonderful, to say the least, to work with. If there were more stars, they would have all of them for sure. Super responsive, on time, very knowledgeable and they all have a great sense of humor. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tad was amazing to work with, I had a whole house Ozone system that I ordered from out of state since I could not find a local company that was familiar with ozone systems. I have used Ace several times in the past. They do quality work, show up when you need them and are very professional. We called them today to replace the pressure tank and switch; Jerry sent Travis out within hours. Travis did a great job, promptly. I have a big all tech crane and I had issues with the controls for the upper boom. Thompson's was able to fix the issue and was affordable which makes it nice for a small business like mine.
