I trust these guys. Never felt like they were hiding anything. They give you their diagnosis and a repair estimate that seems reasonable. Their customer service is great if you buy something. I feel like they will back up anything that I buy with solid support if I should run into trouble.

This guys are Awesome. We have being doing business with this company for years. We trust them % with our boiler repairs and needs. No matter what day or time of night when we need their Techs on site they are on their way to us. Its nice to know that we have our Boiler in the hands of R.F. McDonald we know If they say a repair or upgrade is done and ready to run we will not have to worry about it. Their Techs are friendly and knowledgeable and will explain why something needs to be replaced or repaired. They treat our Boiler like it was their own and are always looking out for any issues past , present or future. Their Customer Service is great. I can reach them anytime day or night. Great company you cant go wrong using them.

I never write reviews for the companies I use or for the products I buy, But this case is exceptional, and it was almost two years as we stopped our relationship with Steve Stover who took over Pat Redmond’s business, and whose service we had been using for more than years. Having Steve for less than two years as our pool man was the worst experience ever. He replaced our old sand filter ( charging us about $) with the new one, which was either not compatible with the rest equipment of our pool, or was too small, or he used the bad sand. Since then, we had the constant problems with pool’s water, which Steve was trying ( or pretending) to clean; and it continued until we hired a new pool man, who replaces practically the brand new filter Steve installed by another, cartridge one. It is just one of the problems with Steve as a pool man: believe us, they were endless. Steve had never ever cleaned the debris bag, and when we were traveling, he did not do a good job either: the pool was in an extremely bad condition upon our return.

Tim from ABC is my plumber! My family has used him on and off over the years and he always takes care of us. My water heater broke on Thanksgiving, I called him and he came right over and got me a new water heater. I was so thankful he was able come over on such short notice let alone on a holiday when he was with his family and came to my family’s rescue. His prices are competitive, he does great work and is quick and efficient.

We have an old, old well but she continues to provide for us! All the water in the world means nothing w/o an excellent team to help maintain the equipment. Over several years we have used Cal Aqua to do routine service, install addt’l. holding tanks, new pressure tank, pump, and control panel for our eight acre hobby farm. In addition, we have had a blue light water sanitizer and under sink reverse osmosis set up installed by Cal Aqua. They know their business, are honest and have responded promptly to every issue. On the rare occasion when we were without water priority was given to deliver water to our farm. I can’t say enough for the ongoing excellent care we’ve been given. And Beto… thank you for giving me the reassurance and response whether it’s a workday or on your week end - your consistent kindness and quality work is greatly appreciated by Cal and me.
