I had water damage in my home and needed a quality company to both replace and refinish my downstairs floors. Carlos, the owner, came to my home and patiently listened to my concerns regarding "new wood color matching old refinished wood" and color matching with the wood in the other nearby rooms. He discussed the key steps his company takes to ensure high quality. The 7 day job went as smoothly as could be: workers arrived on time, the supervisor ensured everything was done as it should, and I was informed of key day-to-day details. The completed job - ALL of the floors - color match perfectly. The craftsmanship is EXCEPTIONAL! I did not think the final work would be of such high quality. If I ever need any of my floors replaced or refinished, I have the company I need. Thank you for your exceptional work Castro Bros!
Comforting Hands Forever came highly recommended by my father’s hospice service when his needs became so great that we could no longer care for him in his home. We found them to be very warm and caring, and after calling around to several other similar organizations we found the cost to be quite reasonable. I’m puzzled by the one star review above and can only guess that everybody’s response to the stress of watching a loved one’s decline is different. Contrary to what the other poster wrote, I found their focus to not be on money, but on compassion and care and helping our family get through a very difficult time. So much so that they even turned down my offer to pay a per diem when my dad passed shortly after the beginning of a new month. If you’re in the unfortunate position of needing such services, I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
I helped an elderly woman submit a claim for the Moneygram remission. By chance I looked on their website and saw that a letter was mailed out on October th. It was never received so we tried calling them. It is very unclear how to get ahold of a live agent on their helpline. You have to press # to hear the "how can I get more information" and then you can press nine to speak with an agent. When I finally spoke to them , they could not tell me the contents of the letter. So I asked them to escalate my case and they said they would get back to me. At least their was not a very long wait time and the agent was relatively patient and tried to be helpful. I also contacted them by email and their replies were quite useless. But when I explicitly asked them to escalate my email they escalated it. I am now hoping to get a response before the reply deadline passes. BTW when accessing your claim through their website only use the actual 9 digit claim number not the letters that proceed the number and not the "-0" at the end.
