I bought a chicken at these time but there are duck as well.. Actually I had bought already a couple of month ago a chicken and quiels as well. Now I asked chicken with brown feather and have to tell you I was absolutely satisfied. I did not had to choice the chicken, only I told the guy I would like to cook a chicken gulyas..The fat on the chicken was like gold, perfect cleaning in minutes, the gulyas was perfect.. My kids from New York liked it very much. Thank you the perfect job guys! I am gonna coming again :..Defenately recommended for those who insist the home made and fresh food. My prize is: Excellent!

Great fresh chicken and other meats. best for home made chicken soup

Nothing like fresh meat! It makes the chicken soup taste so much better! I personally recommend the Red Hens. Although the other white one is fine too, personal preference I guess. Me and my family have been ordering from here they never disappoint. Also you can call ahead so that it's ready to pick up if you don't want to wait min there. Lastly the place does not take calls on holidays. You must go in person.

Granddaughter is sick with a cold right now and I'd give the world for a fresh chicken from Ciales to get her immune system up. I remember coming here when my son's were small and it was better than any cough syrup.

This is a great family run business. They raise the turkeys they sell themselves. The staff was as very helpful and the prices were decent. We picked up a fresh turkey to smoke tomorrow, a breast, legs & wings all for less than we would have paid for just the fresh turkey had we gone to any of the "gourmet groceries" near home that offered fresh turkeys, and this one wasn't injected with lots of salt & water. We'll definitely be co.ing back again.
