A few days ago I received a call from a client whose bathroom Montaggio had supplied the plumbing fixtures for about years ago. The toilet seat had cracked and they needed a replacement. They'd searched all the usual places but were not able to find the right color. Once they explained the problem I was able to go back to my original selections sheet, find the color, and contact Kristin with my request. As promised, she contacted my clients the next day and set up an order for the proper replacement. Kristin did a fantastic job with this. She made me look good and she made Montaggio look good. Guse's is my neighborhood hardware store. I have visited many times during the pandemic and the staff has always worn masks. They also have the plastic shields around the cash register. They are very concerned about the community they serve. I'm very grateful to have them available!
