I had a man excellent experience with BP Plumbing. Every interaction was very professional and I could tell Brandon knew what he was doing. He advised me on what he thought would be best for our situation but wasn’t pushy or recommending things we didn’t need. He caught some incorrect duct work from the previous water heater install, and even went back to the store to pick up the correct materials when he came to install instead of trying to force something incorrect into place. His rates were reasonable, he was timely, he didn’t mark up materials, and he is a friendly guy that is easy to talk to. The only negative I can think of was there was a little over a weeks wait to get our water heater installed but I think all the trades are slammed right now so it didn’t bother us. I highly recommend BP Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Very friendly office staff and technicians. I have had several issues with our mini split systems at our property and they are usually able to come out in a day or 2 to fix. Prices have typically been better than other HVAC companies I've used.

Aqua-Tech should be your first choice for annual Backflow Services. They put you on a calendar system and call every year at same time. Flexible on arrival hours if needed. Prompt, very friendly service every year for so many. I wish all my contractors were this amazing and reliable.

Impressive service from start to finish! Yvette took the call, Jordan reviewed the work, looked at photos of the prior repair and got a bid to me within hours. Jordan was clearly very experienced with my situation and knowledgeable, communicated well and explained the recommendations and pricing. Due to volume of the exterior service line leak they adjusted their schedule to take care of it quickly. From the first phone call to completed repair was 5 days from including a weekend. Called Friday, visit and bid Saturday, repaired Tuesday. During the repair Jordan explained all the steps, took photos for my reference and showed me the buried leak. The service was appropriately priced and as expected. Due to slope and access he had to hand dig, also required drilling concrete, replace an external to internal access line and a new shut off valve. He made clean, sensible dry wall cuts which will make repair easier, wore shoe covers and mask and cleaned up everything perfectly when he was done. He left no mixed junk when filling the hole (he took out junk found from the prior plumbers’ incomplete repair 4 years ago). I didn’t have to ask for any of this, he just did good work from start to to finish. Absolutely no issue. Impressive. I will use them again and have already referred friends. Kudos to all of you.

Dave and his team are fantastic. It’s hard to find folks who you can trust to find you the best solution at a great value but Renew Plumbing consistently deliver. They’re knowledgeable, fast, and funny to boot.

I had a hole in the copper pipe fitting of my water main to the house that was gushing water. And after a competitor came out and said he’d have to come back in 6 days when his digging tool was available (a shovel?) and told my wife the leak should be fine till then, we sent him on his way and I called HD. The receptionist who scheduled the service was a total gem, incredibly nice, and exemplified great customer service. Josh, the technician who came out was not only very skilled at his craft, he was really friendly and explained everything he was doing, and did most of it in the dark. Great quality, great service, great price; I’ll be calling HD and referring friends/neighbors as well!

We have found our forever plumber!! Vitaly installed our new water heater, plus a few extras and did a fantastic job. Not only did he do the work fast and professionally, he is just a really nice guy. He walked us through everything to make sure we knew how to work the controls. We would highly recommend Diligent Plumbing and won’t hesitate to use them again!
