Today’s my first and i feel so refreshed today 😃 And that continues… its been around 2months here and i enjoy the time around refreshing both body and mind. Just mins to sweat it all out! The workouts changing everyday and trainers here are so professional and friendly keeps the motivation high! I’ve started on weight loss and this seems to be the best platform to achieve my goal! Enjoying my time here!!
My sister introduced me to the gym. So far I love it! I can’t share enough how this facility changed my lifestyle! Hi five to my trainer Sean. He’s been the absolute best in reaching my personal fitness goals. Also very flexible with my working schedule.
I have had ankle problems for over years. I used to run in high school and college and after rolling my ankle over 7x I had instability in my right ankle. In July I rolled my ankle again doing chores at home and tired of the doctor giving me pain meds and spending money at arrosti, I decided to seek another treatment. I'm very active and this was keeping me from being active and keeping up with my kids. I found neuro sports performance and the arc wave technology. I went through the protocol and in 3 session I felt better than I had in years. After I completed my protocol my akle And my foot problems improved %. I don't get the the random pains anymore and my ankle more stable. This is definitely a game changer and worth it!
I have been with this gym since it opened and I love it! I have never been a particularly athletic person and could never keep myself consistent with any sort of regular exercise before but something about this place works! I love that every class is different so you don’t get bored and the atmosphere really does challenge you and keep you motivated. It is also really encouraging to see such a wide variety of age ranges and fitness levels so you never feel out of place no matter where you’re at. Worth every penny.
Smart Barre is a low impact, yet effective, full body workout. All the instructors are amazing and never miss a beat; literally! The music is great and every class is different so you never do the exact same work out twice.
I love the Tribe, it has become my home away from home! It is very hard to find a gym that is so accepting and genuinely cares for their members. Even though it is predominantly group classes, they will still cater a workout to your individual needs. If you are looking for a gym full of great people, a competitive atmosphere, or a place to grow....this is the place!
Found this gym just searching Maps and I'm very happy we found it. My yr old didn't have any experience in MMA but now after only 4 weeks he's very knowledgeable and excited to get home to show me and his mother what he's learned. There are also many other kids in this gym and loves to train after school.
Coaches are awesome - willing to work on your individual goals and not one size fits all approach. Gym is clean and spacious. I like to follow the Gym's app where they post workouts I can follow when I am not sure what to workout that day!
Too bad many of the old reviews were for another gym that is closed down (but had a slightly similar name). Alamo City CrossFit is phenomenal. Large space, dedicated space for both CF and weight lifting, and quality coaches who really care. If anyone is serious about making improvements to themselves and need honestly good coaches to give guidance, ACCF is the place to start.
