"My beautiful Onyx passed away so suddenly on Friday April 1st 2022 and not knowing where or who to turn to, we discovered Dear Pet and spoke with Keith, at around 2am he answered all questions and was so very comforting during our heart break. Keith came out within the hour to get our baby Onyx with no rush to say farewell, he shared with us beautiful stories of his mom and the pets he has had throughout his life, which was very comforting. Keith is the guardian of Rainbow Bridge and so sympathetic to our situation and I could see in his eyes the empathy and compassion he felt. Today is April 5 and he brought my Onyx back home, still with such a compassionate , understanding attitude about him. His eyes say it all! I highly recommend Dear Pet and especially Keith during the heartbreaking times, a gentle soul filled with compassion was exactly what we needed to help us . He was so gentle with my Onyx when the time came to let him go he even called when he got back to his destination to let us know Onyx was safe all requests were honored. Keith is the perfect representative of Dear Pet and I am so grateful! Thank you so much Keith for your compassion and kindness as well as understanding. We will truly be using Dear Pet again in our time of need and hopefully Keith will answer our calling when the next time comes. Thank you once again Dear Pet we love your services and Keith"

"Christine and Philip are amazing human beings. Please consider them for your loved one’s services. They were respectful, kind, polite, empathic. Communication was great, timeliness of everything was spot on. The space for that services is darling. They were ready to meet all of our needs and completed anything asked. During such a difficult time they made our lives easier. They are wonderful people and assisted in making sure everything we wanted was in place to honor my dad. Thank you Christine and Philip; you guys have been wonderful."

"After our companion of 11 years disappeared and 2 weeks of looking, I was happy to find out that our local animal shelter worked with Abbey Glenn. Not only did they do a beautiful job with his cremation, but they also delivered him back to our local shelter saving us shipping costs or a 3 hour drive. Thank you for such professional and compassionate service, from the McDonald family in Ocean County."

"My dog passed away two nights ago. They are closed on Sundays. So I had to wait. I made an appointment for today to get her cremated. They are very kind and understanding. I have her ashes in a urn. They really went our of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend coming here. The urn was nicely packaged and the bag is nice as well. Come here if you want people who understand what you are going through with a loss and comfort you."

"Last week while we were away on vacation and my son was dog sitting, unfortunately our beagle Molly passed away. He had the terrible job of calling us and telling us the sad news. He called Molly’s vet to see what they could do to help him but they were closed. He then searched the Internet for a place that would come pick her up and cremate her for us. He found Paws to Heaven and we’re glad he did. They came within an hour to get Molly and they were so nice to my son who was dealing with a lot. They said we would have her ashes within a few days, and true to their word they personally delivered Molly’s ashes in a very nice box. It was so hard dealing with the fact that when we left she was alive and we came home to her ashes, but Paws to Heaven made this awful time a little bit easier. I would highly recommend them!!"

"My beloved cat Pino recently passed one week ago. I was devastated and heartbroken. I was very pleased when I received her back from Hamilton Pet Meadow. She was carefully wrapped and her paw prints were so cute. The speed and level of attention was great. Thank you so much."

"Just spectacular. Amazingly beautiful. One of THE best. So much to see and take in, especially the unique finds and its good seeing my favorites again. Even if your not the cemetery aficionado, the vastness and grandeur sets WLH apart from others. Take a day and walk through. Enjoy."

"I highly recommend this pet cremation service. One of my little boy cats died after being sick for just a short period of time when I called. They were very helpful when I was trying to decide which cremation service to use, so I set up a date to pick up my kitty. I had to reschedule at the last minute, I called the office and left a message, but the lady who was coming to my house literally got the message while she was on her way. She was very understanding and I rescheduled for the next day. When I called the office there were no recriminations, just rescheduled. When she returned the next day, she was so gentle with me, I held him one last time and started crying, she handed me a tissue then made a paw print in a little box that also has room for a picture of him. Altogether a painful experience, yet their professionalism and kindness both on the phone and in person made my goodbyes so much easier. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of that transition for a beloved pet"

"What a great experience for the experience that you have to do. Not easy picking out a memorial stone for your loved one, but Jodi made it easy, from picking out the color of stone and the design that you want to see on the stone. From simple to excentric.... whatever your style. I am so pleased with the results. Jodi told me it was installed at the gravesite, so I went to see it soon after. Very pleased. Looks beautiful and means so much to my family and my mother. Thank you. ❤️"

"This review is not from Partners Canines, it is from the owner of Flynn..Thank you for your kindness and sympathy when I brought my little guy Flynn to you. I received his ashes back to day. His little wood box with his name plate is really nice and his paw print is perfect. Thank you for what you do. Judy"

"Francisvale is such an incredible shelter! We were looking at a kitten online and after some very kind phone calls & emails we came into the center to meet him. It is very clear that the animals are extremely well cared for and the staff loves them. In particular, Cristina and Dorothy were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We adopted our kitten, and they were so excited to see him go to his forever home. A few days after the adoption I was hoping to get some advice regarding making sure he felt completely comfortable and at home and both Cristina and Dorothy were quick on the phone with me with some incredible advice and ways to ensure he became acclimated quickly. They also followed up a few days later to confirm that things were going well. I have never had an experience so comfortable and kind, and it is so clear that this place is not about just getting animals to a home, but pairing animals to the correct family and lifestyle. I could go on and on, but you just have to go in and experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Just a warning they do not do same day adoptions. Though, any animal lover would know that this is a sign of an extremely reputable shelter, as it gives families the opportunity to consider hard if a pet would fit comfortably into their life. Same day adoptions lead to much higher rates of animals placed back in shelters due to decision making based on emotions."

"Most of the Elliott and Lindsley families have been buried here since the inception of Evergreen Cemetery (early 1800s) because the Lindsley family settled in Morristown in 1715! I will be buried here too, as my shared grave marker is already engraved with my name and my parents' names. Well maintained and beautiful grounds. My father wrote a book about the place ("The Silent Procession")."

"2/2 Anyway, He sent a revised sketch which we immediately approved. Asked for another invoice for a vase because we wanted one. And asked how long it would be until install. He ignored our vase request again, and said once the cemetery approved it, it would be done in 2 weeks. Well weeks went by. And no update. We emailed again, and again. We waited about 3 weeks to email a rather passive aggressive email. And it just so happened that the cemetery approved the sketch that same day, what a coincidence. But we were happy, we knew the stone would finally be done in about two weeks like he said. At this point we gave up on our vase request. He didn’t seem to care. But once two weeks came and gone and we haven’t gotten an update. We emailed again wanting to know the status. To our surprise he emailed rather quickly. He told us the stone was done, that he was going to “pick it up Monday or Tuesday and drop it off to the cemetery the following day”. So on Wednesday we sent another email. Asking for him to let us know when he dropped her stone off. He never responded. I got my mother in law involved because she was asking about her stone. I was back to working and couldn’t deal with added emotional stress. She called him and left a message which he never returned. I emailed him another passive aggressive message which I got no response. The next day my in law left him another voicemail, a vague one stating she wanted information on a stone. And what do you know? He quickly returned her call asking how he could help. Once she told him she wanted information on her granddaughter’s stone, he got quiet. But told her he would drop it off “tomorrow”. And he lived up to his word. He dropped it off. And the cemetery installed it during the rain not even an hour later. I am so happy she finally has a stone. But I am beyond disgusted on how the whole process went. We were told 6 weeks, and didn’t get it until a couple days shy of 12 weeks. Communication was terrible. And the writing..."

And the writing on the stone isn’t even centered as it was on the sketch. I know he sent the stone to get etched, but I am disappointed. You can’t notice it unless you’re really studying the stone which is what I do each time I visit. But Zeth, please learn how to treat your customers better. I am a patient and extremely understanding person. But this stone wasn’t for my grandmother who lived for decades. This was for my newborn daughter who I now have to live a lifetime without. This wasn’t ordered by someone who has ordered gravestones before. This was ordered by two mid--something year olds who now have to live the rest of their life with a giant hole in their heart. And now we have a sour taste in our mouth on monument companies. And I know where we won’t be looking when it comes time for another funeral.
