I stopped by to sell my silver 1 oz coins I was really worried at first and apprehensive about how much I would get back because I really needed the money to pay a bill. when I walked in I was treated so nicely and with enthusiasm and I immediately just felt so comfortable and at ease that I was going to be in good hands. I also came here because of the reviews that I found online. I was able to get back way way more than I expected it was such a fair price to where I know that the store wasn't going to make too much money off of what I had. I like to do business with people who are fair and honest and have compassion for others. It's worth it to stop by!

Came in here a year ago after purchasing jewelry from another Jewler in la. After seeing their custom pieces I was immediately regretting my first purchase, to the point that I had to have it remade. With that said this is the only place I buy jewelry at. They are very honest and have the best prices.

Great customer service. My daughter bought me a beautiful ring here and the diamond fell out twice so they let me exchange it for a different one with no questions asked. I definitely will be back.

I've purchased many guitars and basses here, in I got a Squire Jazz Bass for under a dollars, an Ibanez gio for under and a Gibson Sg Traditional for out the door. All of them have been lovely axes and the managers have been great about meeting me in prices when possible. The other locations have also all been great, feeding my constant urge to buy more guitar equipment.

Joshua was really nice he helps me with great customer service skills every time I come in there and he helps me when I'm looking for jewelry. Really cool place to come and get a loan.

Over the holiday, we traveled to the Sacramento area. During our trip we needed a little extra cash. We called around for a pawn and loan shops and found Capital City Loan & Jewelry. It was there we found excellent service, no type of under cutting on the prices for your items. They are straight across the board. Not to mention the awesome inventory they have available. I walked in to pick up some extra cash and walked out with a beautiful Malibu Fender autistic guitar 🎸 and extra cash too! They authenticate my watch on the spot and gave me a very fair price for it as well. If you want to do business with respectfully honest individuals, I suggest you visit Capital City Loan!

I ended up stopping in here solely based on the reviews I saw on Google…and they were extremely accurate! I was helped by a Joan (pronounced John) and a Justin. They could not have been more helpful or professional or personable, they even worked with me on a piece that I really wanted to purchase! I cannot stress how great of an environment this is, not your typical pawn shop where what they offer is what you get. They will spend all the time they need with you going over options, payment time-frames, etc. Honestly the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a pawnshop. I now have a gorgeous tennis bracelet on layaway that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank you both Joan and Justin, y’all have another happy customer!

Bought my very first gun here. The whole experience, from taking the FSC exam to completing all of the forms for fire arm purchase, was great and took less than minutes. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and most importantly not pushy nor cocky. I def will be coming back for ammo needs and possibly another fire arm.
