We purchased a yurt from Rainier back in and it was time to replace the roof, side walls, and dome. Dana was awesome in helping us navigate the process, which included changes to the window dimensions and design and fabrication of custom privacy covers for the picture windows. She also provided contact info for a crew to assist with the installation of the replacement parts. I can't say enough good things about Dana, Russell, and the rest of the team at Rainier.

I had an American Louvered Roof installed on my upper deck over a year ago. I love it! This is a small business and the owner is first class. The roof is solid, functional and very attractive. When there were hick-ups they responded right away to make things right. I've had other pergola-type covers but this is far superior. For one thing, if I choose, I can have sun and see the sky. But if it's too hot or raining I have water-tight covering with just the press of a button. They even gave me some extra screws to use later for hanging hummingbird feeders or whatever from the frame (small thing, but I appreciated the kindness and was glad to have the right kind without having to run around for them). If I had it to do over again I would skip the gutter since mine is on the second floor and difficult/dangerous for me to clean out. I highly recommend this product and business.

First, let me tell you, Yakima Tent & Awning has moved again. Their correct address is off st and Ahtanum Rd. ( as of /) They made me a custom sized, extra heavy duty cover for my ft. Travel trailer. It's beautiful and will literally last a lifetime!
