I used to frequent this location because of their location, since moving I have returned on several occasions because of the amazing customer service. Just last week I went back and was impressed with the positive atmosphere in the midst of it being very (very) busy!! The team keeps the line moving and always has a smile on their face. Thanks for being a positive & stress free environment!

Bob and Linda made moving a great experience! It wasn't nerve-racking or time consuming to use their crates! They also provided the 4 cart dolly and another one if you need extra assistance. They deliver and pick up the stuff when done. Thankfully, they gave me a little more time. It's a great company and also helps protect the planet with less cardboard and tape usage. They are a fair and sweet couple. Plus use them if you move anywhere! It was a joy using them and they did amazing for my first time.

I love this product-instead of running into a party, dinner, or event with a gift in a bag that just screams 'I-just-picked-this-up-on-the-way', your presentation is beautiful.

Great customer service

I just moved to Raleigh from Charleston. Miracle Movers was highly recommended on the Moving to Raleigh fb group so decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. The whole experience from booking my move, discussing price, following up, and the actual move was great. Moving across state is stressful but my movers Ben and Brian went above and beyond to help ease my anxiety and make it a good move. I cannot say enough how great they were. Since I found this company by reviews, I wanted to add my own in case it helps anyone else making a cross state movers decision. Highly recommend.

Jake from Life Storage in Fuquay has been absolutely wonderful. He truly cares about the people he serves, you can feel that he’s genuine even over the phone. Love this place, highly recommend.

Very clean and tidy store, with great lighting and a large selection. The staff are awesome--not only friendly, but also very helpful, taking the extra time and walking my wife over to find a specific scotch she was purchasing as a gift. Excellent service, thanks!!

Wonderful staff… Every time I’ve used their services in person or over the phone, everyone has been very congenial and helpful. *** I must commend the Owner/Manager, Harry for handling a particularly sensitive encounter with an upset female customer who couldn’t properly navigate her Amazon app on her phone to locate the return instructions. She was both flustered and started getting irate loudly stating she was getting really mad and Harry remained calm and stated, “we handle many of these types of returns and I’m more than happy to help you if you allow me to show you on your phone.” He ultimately was able to assist her but it wasn’t without a lot of frustration on her part, despite the fact it had nothing to do with him or the UPS services. She made everyone rather uncomfortable with her behavior and after she departed I commended him and the staff for handling the situation with sensitivity and calm!!! Great job everyone👏👏👏

Wow! What a great place. We can have our things packaged and buy USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping. They help us figure out the best rates based on our package size and weight and where we are sending it to. Carolyn is fantastic and always smiles, recognizes us, and makes us feel special. We bring packages every week and are so glad to have the best package store so close to Falls River and Bedford. Knowing that our shipments are accepted and on the way brings us peace of mind. Knowing that these guys really care about US as people is an added bonus. I highly recommend using Ship On Site for getting packages sent quickly, packaged securely, and insured against damages.

This pack & ship plus mailbox center is near my office and I love the friendly customer service and the fact that it's a local business that's been serving our community for decades. They always take the time to make everyone feel welcome...

I just had the most pleasant experience at this FedEx location. The woman who took care of me was chipper, kind, and quick. She multitasked like a pro and was caring for 3 customers at once. I was in and out and even as I was leaving she remembered my name and told me by name to have a wonderful day. I didn’t catch her name but she had really pretty long braids. Thank you for brightening my day!

Excellent service today. Senthil was able to pack and ship my box and two envelopes quickly without issue. Much better parking here than the UPS store downtown. I will ship all of my packages here now!

Had a great experience with our unusual move. We had our household goods moved out of the first floor of our home and into our garage so we could have new flooring installed and existing flooring refinished. Maurice Blake's crew did a great job getting everything moved out to our garage (including a baby grand piano) and Baxter Rand's crew did a great job moving everything back. They disassembled and reassembled the items that needed it and were patient with me while we fine-tuned the position of the heaviest items.

Rolled by this afternoon to get my passport photo taken (After stopping at a few other FedEx locations whose cameras were malfunctioning), and I was all done in less than minutes! Joe was awesome to work with, being both personable and efficient, and I'm very please with how the photo turned out. Thanks!
