Here is a review from an user.
Was thrilled to find Hold Your Luggage today in Chicago. We had planned to bring our bags to the Art Institute and check them while we explored the museum and then hop the blue line to the airport- but the museum is not offering this service anymore. But thankfully we discovered them just in time. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport, but as we were a last minute booking there wasn’t availability for that- BUT the customer service we received was top-notch. Charlie not only attempted to book a driver at the last minute, but when that wasn’t an option helped us downstairs with our bags to the train. (They are conveniently located right on the blue line to O’Hare!) It was so nice to be able to enjoy Chicago unfettered by heavy bags. They locked up each individual bag with zip tie style locks and had them ready for us upon our return. Needless to say I’m saving their number in my phone. Highly recommend!
Excellent Ótima
Affordable and secure private mailboxes for rent! Rental also includes package acceptance.
Very easy experience. The employee popped out from the back to make sure I was okay and you me too give him a holler if I needed assistance while he took care of things in the back. Very simple!
Works very well, local support very good
