"When you call this company you always get the answering service from a call center, they have no clue about anything and are useless. I had my first appointment this morning, when I get there the waiting room is full so I ask if there will be a long wait, the receptionist tells me no, just a few minutes. I fill out the paperwork and wait, 20 minutes later I ask her what is the delay, she tells me the doctor is delayed by another half hour . What? you could not tell me this when I got there? I left. This is another factory where nobody seems to care about anybody's time. Their motto must be : Just fill up the schedule and let them wait... ... no thank you."

I was able to get what felt like a thorough examination for both of them, and they had plenty of options to choose from. Yes, it is true that more specific lenses are pricier, but the frames do cost as they advertise."

"I can’t even begin to tell you how much we adore Stewart. My entire family only goes with Stewart for our glasses and have been for years. He is patient, calm and can handle our three big personalities like a pro since we usually do all come in together. He is exactly what you need, he is honest, you truly need someone like that when finding glasses that will be apart of your everyday appearance. He will delicately tell you when they are “better options” when the glasses arent just right. He will cheer you on when you love a pair and they look good. He also is well versed in suggesting pairs and can help you with the plethora of choices. Also he showed me the way with sunglasses. I never knew I could be so happy with prescription sunglasses. In the past two shears I have purchased two sunglasses and four glasses. He is a great shopping buddy! And He is such a great asset to Linden.
