I came in to print out a last minute sign for a charity event and at check out realized there was a mistake (completely my fault) on the print. The manager came over and told me that they support charities and would be willing to reprint my edited design for free! I am so grateful to the amazing staff at the S Christopher Columbus Blvd location for their professionalism and kindness. I was in a bind with last minute planning and they were able to accommodate my rushed print!!!!

The nice young lady working the print center this morning was so helpful, not just to me, but other customers as well. She seamlessly fixed copies I needed in a fast, professional manner and was overall patient and kind.

My agency uses KDI for their print management services. We have roughly devices, including two bigger copiers. Since I have been working here, they have been consummate professionals. They're always available whenever we need support, and they have been a great ally in ensuring that we are up and running as needed and expected. PLEASE KEEP BARON AS AN EMPLOYEE HE SHOULD ACTUALLY BE A MANAGER!!! He was absolutely awesome I usually come and it’s another chore for me because I own multiple businesses and I frequently spend soooo much money with staples but don’t get any customer service at most locations. Since everything is pretty much self serve, but Baron went out his way to help me and it was a quick convenient trip this time, I think I may come back to this specific location just because his excellent customer service skills. NO KIDDING. Thanks again Baron it’s been a long day this was a nice change.
