This company provided excellent services and a great experience.

From the minute I walked in everyone was very courteous and professional and I also noticed that they treated everyone else the same way. I felt welcome and at ease, the staff and Doctor were totally thorough all the way up until the time I exited.the building. They answered all my questions and explained everything with patience and in detail. also the Nova building was neat and clean plenty of hand sanitizer.

This was my first time coming to a CareNow Urgent Care facility and I was impressed as soon as I walked through the doors. We were greeted with a smile and a helpful front desk coordinator named Janelle. As my friend was getting assistance I walked around the waiting area to take a look around and I can say that the area was not only spotless, they have tissues and hand sanitizer every where!! I was offered a beverage while I was waiting for my friend to come back from being cared for. They took her and her son in right away with little to no wait to be seen. I would definitely recommend this office any time any one is seeking medical attention. KUDOS to the employees on such a remarkable job!!

My experience at this location was fantastic. Staff and physicians were very courteous and friendly. My physician Clifford Shaw made me feel at ease and listened to my questions and answered them for me. He truly showed he cared about my health and well being. Hopefully won't be having to come back in but if i do no better place to be treated. Thank you everyone for the great service. .

Came in for a couple stitches on a deep wound, overall amazing service! A bit of a wait, but that is to be expected at such a small urgent care facility, maybe about minutes max. Kayla was amazing with ensuring comfort and made every effort to make it painless. The assistant was friendly.

I needed a finger cut treated and a tetanus shot. It was too late for stitches or not deep enough, but they treated my wound and closed it with a glue-type of treatment. Registering online for my appointment was easy and I only had to sign two pages when I got to the office The PA and nurse who helped me were very friendly and efficient. My questions were answered, I was treated in a timely fashion and I was cashed out and on my way. The facility was clean, everyone wore masks and the pens were sanitized. Will probably use this location in the future if I need to seek medical treatment again.

It is a place with a high quality of service, first-class facilities and personalized attention, as well as bilingual attention for those who do not have a good command of the English language. a highly recommended place for having % professional staff.

Staff were all great, friendly and helpful. The NP I had was amazing and gave me some great advise for my plantar fasciitis and it's working wonders!!!! I only came here for my job physical, but loved it. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

First I'll admit I never go to doctors unless I really need to. If i have to see a doctor I will spend months researching practices and reading reviews before choosing one. I recently had a bad allergic reaction and realized I needed help and didn't have time. I only read a few reviews of this place and I'm so glad I chose them. I was seen as a walk-in and was out within an hour. They explained everything (what they thought was going on and recommendations) very nicely. Everyone from the front staff to triage nurse and the doctor were lovely... and it was a Monday night! I highly recommend them. Especial thank you to Dr. Ratner.

My first time here and overall it was a great visit 👍🏼 Wait time is reasonable. MA Melvin is great!! Makes you laugh and adds a little joy to your visit!! I did go in the afternoon and all staff, from front to back was friendly 👍🏼

This Concentra location is the fastest urgent care center I’ve been to in my life! The wait time was not very long at all and I was in and out under minutes! The receptionists were so friendly!

Great staff, very friendly, I suggest to get there early when I arrived it was full to where i didn't have a seat but I can say that they move at a great pace and even though it was packed I still got my dot physical done and outta there in under 2hours. I do recommend!

This is the second time I have come to this location for services. As soon as I walked in, I was politely greeted by the staff. I was helped (like really assisted without sarcasm or the rudeness I have come to just accept at medical facilities) with the needed paperwork. Clear directions were given about how to fill out electronic documents on my phone and when to come back up to the front desk. When I was called to the back, the staff actually smiled and greeted me kindly (once again, wow). The facility was nice and clean. The staff looked nice and clean (lol, but fr). The services were quick. I was in & out within the hour without an appointment. Again, this was my second visit and both times I had this experience. I am a travel nurse and I get to work with a lot of medical staff and in a lot of medical facilities. From the eye of a patient and not a medical personnel, it was refreshing to be treated kindly and to have services offered promptly. Staff was very professional and quick considering they were busy. Front desk nurse was extremely nice and helpful. She was major multitasking. She needs a raise. The other 2 nurses that tended to me were really polite and quick. Had a great experience at this location.

Thursday February 3rd. Roads were slick. Temperatures were below freezing. The Staff of this location remained unshaken, determined and focused. I made it there safely and within minutes I was in and out for a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. It was a Good Job done by the staff and management. I should also mention they were just about to close for the day too. Thankfully they let me in and took care of my needs. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate your hard work and quick processing.

Thank you Corrie from green apple speech therapy, you were amazing. I never seen our son get along with someone so quick. You stayed when his autism ticks hit and was so patient. You helped out so much, even when it wasn’t for speech, you taught him to share, you helped with his anger, even better our son is talking with some words. I know if we weren’t moving and you had more time our son will probably not stop talking lol. We will miss you, we also appreciate everything you done to help our son.
