Very good UPS store. Cost more, but you don’t have to deal with N. Raleigh USPS which is an ordeal to say the least.

Shani was a lifesaver. We had a buyer for a private vehicle sale. He had traveled from a distance and had cash but we couldn’t find a notary that was open. Shani returned my voicemail within minutes and travelled to where we were to finish the transaction. She is very professional and friendly.

My firm recently used Ruffin Consulting's court reporter and/or videographer services for about a dozen depositions, including an out-of-state deposition in Colorado. We also used them for trial equipment set-up. They were extremely organized, easy to work with, and always provided the transcripts and videos in a timely-manner. Wow! What a great place. We can have our things packaged and buy USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping. They help us figure out the best rates based on our package size and weight and where we are sending it to. Carolyn is fantastic and always smiles, recognizes us, and makes us feel special. We bring packages every week and are so glad to have the best package store so close to Falls River and Bedford. Knowing that our shipments are accepted and on the way brings us peace of mind. Knowing that these guys really care about US as people is an added bonus. I highly recommend using Ship On Site for getting packages sent quickly, packaged securely, and insured against damages.

The absolute worst place you can go to get your taxes done. She filed all of my paperwork and entered all of my information along with my husband's incorrect. Now for someone with " years experience" should know better. Instead of getting a refund like a normally do every year, I am having to go through an audit through the IRS because she entered all the information incorrect. We work hard for our money and don't deserve for someone like her to just come and cause us all kind of trouble. I would not recommend anyone else to do their taxes there with her unless you want your hard earned money taken from you too and have to deal with the IRS and on top owe the IRS thousand of dollars.
