I've seen it grow into an engaging association where the members really enjoy playing in their respective sports and also being a part of the club and belonging to the community it has cultivated so well. I love seeing Jets clothes when walking on campus and smiling at new members – it wouldn't be ECU without the Jets now.

Where do I start, I’ve been going to the gym for about 6 years now and it’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are amazing, so polite and helpful. What I love most about the gym is the instructors and how supportive they are, I’ve had two pregnancy’s while being in the gym. While taking the classes the instructors motivated me and also adjusted the workouts to suit me while I was pregnant. One thing I don’t like about other gyms is the constant feeling of being judged by the people around but in Sista fitness I have never felt that way. They have women in all different shapes and sizes and they’re all amazing. It always feels like a safe environment to workout in. I read through the negative comments and I really don’t understand them because they have problems with the contract, that’s why there’s a contact and terms and conditions that they always provide for you to read and understand before signing the agreement. The gym is very clean and they have the best crèche facility, with the most thoughtful workers there. They really take pride in there work and have never failed to impress me. I’m so grateful to have found an amazing gym like Sista fitness.
