I ended up stopping in here solely based on the reviews I saw on Google…and they were extremely accurate! I was helped by a Joan (pronounced John) and a Justin. They could not have been more helpful or professional or personable, they even worked with me on a piece that I really wanted to purchase! I cannot stress how great of an environment this is, not your typical pawn shop where what they offer is what you get. They will spend all the time they need with you going over options, payment time-frames, etc. Honestly the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a pawnshop. I now have a gorgeous tennis bracelet on layaway that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank you both Joan and Justin, y’all have another happy customer!

Matthew helped me a lot. Walked in looking for a temporary piano to rent and I ended up getting a great piano. They do not offer rental but their pianos are so good it would be silly not following their advises. I will be back next year after taxes and upgrade my beautiful Yamaha G5 for a C7 and I really can’t wait. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The piano came with a year warranty and 5 years parts coverage so I’m looking forward to working with them again soon. I was nervous about buying so fast But They really made me feel at ease and gained my trust right away.

Great place, and great staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all your questions. I purchased a missing guitar string, and the salesman installed it and tuned it while I waited. Also purchased a tuner for the guitar, and the salesman also demonstrated how to use it. Cline music has been around for a long time, and judging by the fantastic assistance I received, I can see why. Would recommend the store to anyone who's beginning with a musical instrument, or anyone who's advanced.

I bought my son a guitar from guitar center last month for his birthday (never again) and within weeks it was losing connection. It had a loose jack and even worse issues inside we were unaware of. I called Skips. Spoke to Eric who instantly wanted to help since my son’s first show was hours away. I was so panicked because of it and needed to get it fixed immediately. He got the guitar apart and began to work on it right away. Eric was so friendly. So helpful. So knowledgeable. And he had it fixed, beautifully put back together and tuned in an hour and a half. We are Skips loyal customers from now on. No guitar center ever again. I am just so thankful for Eric and his insane expertise. Thank you so much if you see this. You made our day. We will definitely be back!

Took in my fender bass for a set up and nut replacement. I changed out the neck and wish I would have come here before buying it on ebay! Great work fast turn around. These are real people that care about what they do, not some know it all from big box music stores looking to take your money.
