I was basically refused service here. We came in to rent a cello for my 9 year old. G said we needed . size which he didn't have, and would not even show us a .5 size. Literally would not let him try. We went elsewhere and tried a . and it was ridiculously small. He needed a half. It was such s strange experience. No would not go back.

I sent an email to the Music Box Repair Center over the weekend and Don called me on that next Monday. We discussed the problems I was having with my Reuge music box with a clock. Don provided clear communications and instructions for delivery and costing. He sent me a part for the clock and it is working just like new. The Customer Service was excellent and very fast.
