Alice at the wilderness oak location was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She made our moving process as fun and easy as possible. Great special going on right now with the moving truck included! Couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.

Braden was awesome. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Claudia was also very nice and greeted us when we entered. Braden showed us a couple units and helped us choose one that met our needs. The whole thing was smooth and we rented a unit in a short time and they even offer a military discount. I would recommend this place to any one looking for storage. There is also a truck you can rent to move your stuff when you no longer need storage. All in all an amazing place and the office was very clean and smelled really good.

I highly recommend Only The Big Stuff Movers! Angel (the owner) and Manuel were prompt, professional, and efficient during my move. They took great care when handling all my furniture and other items. Price was also very fair. The whole process from beginning to end went smoothly. I am so glad I hired them. Moving was easy and stress-free. I have no doubt I will use their services again in the future.

I had some storage for one of my customers being stored at Central Transportation and the client wanted to sell a fridge from their storage lot. Richard Danford got on it right away and had the fridge sold in a day. You know that it's more than a moving company if they can sell a fridge for you and offer that credit back to the customer. Thanks for always doing a good job for us and our customers. We appreciate it!

We've collectively been thru a number of moves. Towne's team was by far the most professional, respectful, courteous, and careful movers we've used. We used them for packing and moving, to include fragile holiday items. There was no damaged or lost items. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Very responsive. We booked on Saturday for a Monday Memorial Day move. Furniture moved downstairs and new furniture moved upstairs. Don and Mark were professional and took caution with my furniture, wrapping it to prevent damage. They maneuvered big furniture around tight corners seamlessly. The owner was receptive, keeping in touch throughout the process. The rate was better than other companies, especially for a holiday move. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic location and place to store your belongings. The location is convenient to downtown San Antonio. The grounds and building are well maintained with great security access. Ida and team are wonderful to work with, efficient, kind and provide amazing customer service. Really great that they let you rent month to month. I just needed 7 weeks of storage and didn't care about any deals or long term benefits. That said, the facilities were clean, secure, and convenient. I even received a call from Albert to inform me that my door was unlocked when I'd intentionally left it open to go to the dump really quickly. It hadn't been open an hour and they called to tell me: that's impressive security.

Super awesome and friendly staff! Deedee helped me out with switching my unit to a smaller one and was super helpful. Jason (I believe, a very tall and friendly gentleman) helped me last time with getting information about how to go about switching units. Overall, super great staff! And a very clean facility!

After walking in to inquire about a unit i was greeted by the nicest employee she gave me the information i needed and answered my questions and showed me a unit… took all my information and i purchased and even put the lock on my unit… she was very helpful and her customer service was %… i don’t want to misspell her name but she has the jovial personality and great smile. John was so great! He helped me out when he saw me struggling to open the storage door and showed me how to open and lock it. Even when I was leaving (I’ve never been there before until today) I did not see the gate code on the left side and he walked all the way to help open the exit for me to leave. Definitely needs to get recognized by management, excellent customer service! :)

The customer service at this store is some of the best I’ve experienced from any kind of service in a long while, it was very refreshing. I contacted the office and because of my experiences with other storage places in the past I full expected long hold times and the run around of repeating myself. Instead what I got was ownership of my concern, swift action and confirmation, and great knowledge of their their system works with a better solution than I expected! out of fully recommended trusting this location and team with you storage needs.

Easily rented space online with option to purchase their lock or use my own. Was also given option to move my items in that same day. Space is clean and easily accessible. Carts are also on premises to use if necessary. Good customer service onsite and phone. Best storage site I’ve ever used!
