i love this theatre. I have literally been here everyday this week. The selection of movies is incredible and the programs NEVER miss. The staff are really, REALLY great people. A really good place all around. I would marry the Hollywood if i could. That's not true, it's a building so it would be kind of one sided. Nonetheless, such a great place. ♥️♥️
Amazing films in ways that the Americas, Europe and Australia rarely come close to. Asian and African films can make us view the world in a completely different way. Love it.
Still a great local business 👍/ theater 🎥! They're no loger a 2nd run theater, due to the Plage; they had to survive. Price used to be $3 per adult, but they have raised their price to $9 per Adult. In my opinion, the price is definitely worth it! Considering that the price for mainstream theaters 🎥 is like around $ for 1 person the last time I went to a mainstream theater. So, for $ for 2 people I think it is an incredible value! The pizza 🍕 is Flying Pie which is 2 doors down, so it is incredibly fresh! 😋
I've been going to Cinema for about years. It's clean, has a friendly staff, good treats and beer! The v crowd is quiet and respectful for the most part. Best of all, they have the greatest films of all. Thank you Cinema !
Have been coming here since the pandemic started and takeout popcorn became a weekend staple at our house. Since then we've had the pleasure to watch movies here as well. Prices are so reasonable, popcorn is good and the staff is the best.
In my hometown in northern California, we had this beautiful old movie theater that I spent most weekends at. When I walked into the Cinton Theater, it was like walking through a portal back through time to my middle school days. All nostalgia aside, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, the MC was fun and engaging, and the venue was small enough to make you feel like you're sitting right up front no matter where you sit. I also really appreciated the gender diversity of the characters playing in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. If you're looking for a great Portland experience, look no further! I've lived here years now and can't believe I've waited this long to go. Definitely recommend.
If you have any doubt as to whether or not to have a videographer at your wedding- do it! You'll love it more than the photos. If you aren't sure who to hire, look no further! My wife and I can't thank NW Film Co enough for how perfect our video turned out, how easy they were to work with and how talented Bryan is at capturing the moments you'll want to relive and remember the rest of your life. Out of all the investments we made for our big day, this had by far the best value and is really the gift that keeps on giving.
Great spot to spend a few hours. Fun to explore the building and various bars. Loved the gift shop. Drink menu was great. The grounds were beautiful and the history of the building was interesting. We didn't eat there but was within walking distance of some cool restaurants.
I love this theater because of the vintage feel and the intimate, comfortable atmosphere. Along with some tasty food, the staff is nice and welcoming! The matinee shows are affordable and so are the food/drinks! M
Such a cool atmosphere 😎 In an old school building, we ate in the pub, which us set in the old boiler room. Such a unique experience.
Great neighborhood spot.. Funky twin theater where they separated the balcony from the bottom floor making each it's own room. The pizza was good. Beer and wine are sold. Fun movie experience.
Hands down this is my favorite theater. The prices are amazingly affordable, the popcorn is really tasty, the theater itself is clean and offers Dolby ATMOS audio. It's a fantastic neighborhood spot, and the staff is always friendly.
Keep and Save to grow and experience. love each another and encourage them. Keep them out of Trouble Kids and adults with their Parents . Stay healthy and be Strong with LordJesusChrist. Topics keeping a growing range
A great idea- it’s a “mini” theatre that lets the weary traveler have an hour of documentaries, music videos, short stories and animation about and around Portland. Comfortable seats, plenty of room for you and your luggage. Great for long layovers.
Absolutely enjoyed ourselves once again, this time got to take the niece and nephew. The years of laika was absolutely amazing, I would love to go back to check this exhibit out again. The amount of interaction for the kids in the engineering station area is amazing. They had a blast. Spent about 5 hours here, and not a dull moment ever. The amount of knowledge they and we took with us is unforgettable. Best Saturday afternoon ever. Highly recommend, I plan on getting a membership, totally worth it. The gift shop is quite amazing as well. Found quite a few goodies in there as well.
Wonderful fish and chips, great drinks and a very cool atmosphere. From the lights on the ceiling to the rugs on the walls, this place has a gypsy vibe that is funky, fun and inviting all at the same time. Great music and the staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
I really appreciated the leadership at Living Room Theaters that checks for vaccine cards at the door. No proof of vaccination, then no entry. It makes me feel better about pulling my mask down to drink a beer and eat popcorn.
Such an idyllic little pub! Yani really embraced the McMenamins vibe and went out of her way to dig up some seasonal beer stamps for our passports. The theater is super cool and is over years old! This isn’t a location to miss.
This place was awesome! Good food, great selection of beverages, though I could have used a few more non-alcoholic options. The places small but beautifully decorated. The theaters are just the right size, every seat is good, and comfortable. I sat on a giant chaise lounge couch. Table service came in and out orders before the movie started and delivered to our seats. Like most places, the employees seem to be run ragged, but they at least acted like they generally cared about our experience there, and we were a big group of about people. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!
Wonderland is such a gem! Their staff is awesome (and patient with kids); the prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is full of fun. I take my elementary-aged godsons there often, but I would go there with adults too! Makes for good memories.
