Montessori Schools in Denver, Colorado, US.

"My daughters love their school. They wake up every day excited to go, I love the teachers because they really care about the education and development of the kids."

"When we moved to Denver a few years ago our younger son was going to be starting preschool. We were nervous being in a new city and getting him ready for a big transition. Luckily we found MCHD, it is charming, friendly and warm. Our son began in the toddlers classroom and is now in Primary. We have seen tremendous growth in him both socially and academically. They truly see him as the individual he is and have helped him develop at a pace that suits him best. We have had a great experience with all teachers and staff. He loves his school."

"We've had a wonderful experience here. Our 20 month old son loves going to school here, he loves his teachers, and he learns so much. They get lots of time outdoors, and have a really cool playground. We had tried another child care facility, and we knew quickly that it was not the right fit for our child and pulled him out after 3 days. At that point I had decided I would likely not be happy with the care at any facility. Until I found MCI. I knew this was the right place for us when my son walked in for the first time and immediately felt comfortable and started playing. Before we left, he kissed Miss Punum! He has been so happy here ever since. It's a huge bonus that this is such a small school, so the illness rate is much lower and there is a tight-knit community. This place is really special, and I trust them entirely with my son's care, which is not something I give lightly."

"Montessori School of Denver is a community for our family. Our son has thrived there and continues to love learning. His teachers communicate often and available when questions arise. The school leadership is thoughtful, inclusive, and equitable. We are very happy at MSD and looking forward to seeing it grow!"

"We've been really happy with the care at Little Lyceum. It's hard to find an affordable Montessori school (especially "true" Montessori rather than "Montessori inspired"), and at Little Lyceum they are passionate about Montessori education. My child is really benefitting from learning in this model. The teachers and staff are loving and informed. I always feel like I have an open line of communication with the director, owner, and teachers. I couldn't be more satisfied with all they have to offer."

"This is our third year at MCHD. The school sticks to the true Montessori model and our preschooler is thriving!"

"When pregnant with our first son searching for childcare, we knew from the moment we entered MAC’s halls that it was the right fit for us. Fast forward 11 years and an additional child added in, we are still here. We have moved homes three times and although our commute keeps getting longer, our boys happiness has kept us coming to MAC. From the Nido and Toddler environments where they taught us first time parents what amazing tasks children are capable of, to today in Elementary where their confidence and social emotional intelligence are truly impressive. Our children have flourished due to the skill, patience and vested interest that every teacher we have encountered has had for them. They say it takes a village to raise kids and MAC has been the best supplement to our village we could ever dream of. We recommend MAC to all families wanting a quality education focused on guiding their children to reach their full potential."

"My son has gone to Monarch for 5 years now He has had the same two teachers for the last 2 years and my family and I are very happy with his teachers and the team that supports him at the school I can tell that they value his education and also value him as an individual I know that they definitely care about and love my son and have done everything in there power to see that he gets the help he needs. They also believe in coming together as a community and helping one another and those are the values that they teach the kids in the classroom as well as acceptance and working together and whether it's what teachers working with a group or teachers working with individual children. I must say in this school and my son's classrooms these teachers are on it."

"Lovely school. The head of the school is a professional , the school is warm and homey . Teachers are gentle . The Montessori approach at the school is something that makes the whole difference. Very much Recomanded ."

"This is my son’s 3rd year here. He is in 5th grade. We love this school! They truly care about the students. Teachers and staff are amazing! Great sense of community!! It has been a rough year (2020-2021), but GWMS has made the best of it. Expedition Fridays are amazing and so nice to get away from technology. Glad they will be going up to 8th grade and hopefully high school soon!"

"The communication from leadership and admissions is spotty at best, and good luck with all the switching of staff. We’ve had 3 “admissions coordinators” who are only trained to pressure for registrations and quote policy. A promise to follow up “early next week” and nothing received until I messaged on Thursday. Lots of excuses about how busy they are with other families and locations. A May 2 start date is now an unknown start date for licensing and unforeseen plumbing repairs. They pressured us into paying $2000 under the guise of getting the last student opening, only to find out they were telling other parents there were still openings in the same classroom. So deceit and dishonesty, pressure tactics, no start date and no refunds on deposits have left a terrible distrust and frustration that they are unwilling to do anything about. Your unforeseen issues are causing difficulties for us and you won’t give our money back despite claims of a growing waitlist. You want all of us to just remain on standby. They are forcing a forfeit of the full $2000 deposit or we are to provide notice to withdraw now and have our child attend for 30 days. Parents beware! Follow up - the Regional Manager did end up working with me to refund our deposit."

"My two children have been at SMS since the oldest was an infant - almost 5 years now. The school isn't perfect - it's a small business and we have occasional frustrations with certain policies and administrative practices, but the fact is that it's an amazing environment full of educators who love our children and fully embrace Montessori philosophy. Many complain about the price, but you get what you pay for. If you want your child to spend all day strapped in a high chair with little interaction, by all means go to a day care center that churns through minimum wage staff. Sunflower hires good people, and they cost more money to employ. There is no one I would trust more to care for my infant than Ms. Pam. My children are older now, but even though my youngest has been out of her class for years he is still so attached to her, and she clearly loves each and every one of them. My oldest son has special needs and I cannot even express how grateful we are to Ms. Molli for her efforts over the several years he spent in her primary classroom. She is a truly exceptional educator. Over our years at Sunflower, there have been only two teachers that we were not completely happy with, and neither are still employed by the school."
