I broke my iPhone screen and it's unusable due to the touch issue and came to this place to try my luck. I didn't expect this was the best experience I've ever had. They were so nice and fixed it within minutes and I got a perfect screen back. The owner even gifted me a screen protector for free. And their price is so reasonable you cannot ask more for a business like this. Highly recommend this place! At least they got all my family's phone business :)

FAST FRIENDLY FIXED. My Samsung phone needed the screen replaced. It was the only place of 5 I checked that could do the repair. The man was friendly, was able to get the part the next day. He accomodated me coming in when the part arrived and coming back in a couple of hours to a phone now in pristine shape. It was available earlier than promised. Since I depend on the phone so much, I was thrilled to have it back so soon. He was a pleasure to deal with and it is nice to know there is a fast friendly reliable place available.

I went in this morning to get my iPhone display screen fix fixed. It took about minutes which went by quickly. Syed worked super quickly and was very nice. Lifetime warranty is included in the cost so it is worth the money.

I've taken two phones (iPhone and samsung) to get fixed, and both came out looking like new ! Pretty quick service, and great prices. I had to give this place a 5 star because they were so amazing. Tony Tran was helping me with my crack phone screen and he was so delightful and insightful. I'm sure he've seen many customers who were frustrated coming in with something broken or not working he was very patient and assuring that everything would be fine. Tony tram was so amazing my phone works good as new as if I've never cracked it. The whole process was so easy. I was able to go pick up my phone in a few hours they sent an email. This has been the most easiest insurance that I've dealt with before I will have to call them instead of my phone now it's so nice to just drop it off and know that you'll get it the same day.

I had iPhone X battery replacement and iPhone water damage for both phones. Apple store recommended to replace them with new phones which I had to pay extra money so I said nope I need my data and I like phones. So I googled to see any place who could fix my phones, and saw Cell-Doc. Love these guys! I've been coming to ClickAway for years - they're always friendly and accommodating, timely and professional. My Macbook Pro recently gave me the "?" of death after trying to upload a large file all night (lesson learned - don't leave your computer on overnight), and while the hard drive wasn't fixable and Apple now conveniently solders them into the motherboard, it was cheaper to sell the usable parts on my Macbook and upgrade to a newer one. ClickAway had a refurbished Macbook Pro on hand, and made the swap super simple and gave me some extra RAM and hard drive space. Thanks guys!

Excellent service. I scheduled an appointment to have my iPhone 7 camera fixed. The attendant, Kyle, was very courteous explained to me their services and how long it the repair would take. I went back to pick up the phone and the camera was working like new. Great place to have your iphone fixed for a reasonable price and quick service.

Took my Mac book in and was told the motherboard was done for, told me it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop. A few weeks past I get a call saying they can replace my motherboard for under bucks!!! I can't not believe this everyone told me my laptop was done for but they came up big and saved me 2 grand on a new one. Recommend this place for anything Is electronic you need fixed.

The best iphone repair service in the bay area hands down. They got my phone back to normal in no time , and price was very affordable compare to other places. The people working there are very nice. Went in with a broken laptop spacebar on the keyboard and instead of making into a big deal and sending it out for repair, a Geek Squad rep, Billy, fixed in 5 minutes himself. Then, the managers were able to replace the extended 2-yr warranty with the accidental damage warranty that I had asked for upon purchase with some creative accounting (refunding the laptop, then repurchasing it with the new damage coverage). Great experience.

Great service to get iMac repair. Apple store had it a week and said nothing wrong. Still did not work. Called Mobile Kangaroo and they came and picked it up and repaired it to working condition and delivery back in 4 days!
