I’ve always had issues with anyone drawing my blood. Usually they have to stick me several times but when I went to RML, they were able to draw blood the first time! And no bruising!! Awesome!

Staff working there are friendly, professional and quick results. I went to CVS two days before my travel and they cancelled my test as the specimen was not enough ( results can a day before my travel). These people at Axis took specimens in person and gave the results within hours and made my international travel possible!! Thanks to everyone work there!!

This place has it all! I’m recovering and needed fluids, they offer that plus so much more. I got a banana bag and a couple injections. During the process they are so nice and helpful. I had someone named Allison that made sure I had water and a nice warm bean bag. You get to relax in a comfortable chair while getting your infusion. I don’t usually highly recommend places but I do highly recommend this place!

My husband had a major stroke and was transferred to St. John. From the moment we got here they were all hands on deck. Supper nice, informative, and dedicated to helping him get better. I would beg you to bring your love one here. God forbid, if you ever needed it.

Receptionist called in her lunch order while i waited to be checked in. Kelly was her name. She was unkind towards me and cold hearted. Kept talking to other people while she was drawing my blood. She was yelling across the hall to while drawing my blood. She was so loud and ignored me. Aren’t you supposed to care for PEOPLE. You cared only about yourself.

In and out with no issues at all. I made my appointment online, got to the lab and signed in on a kiosk, took a seat and within minutes was called back. Blood draw was quick and painless. I have had episodes of vasovagal syncope and sometimes pass out or have to lay down when getting blood drawn but this went totally smoothly. Will definitely be returning here for future blood draws

I highly recommend they open exactly at 8. Give priority to Stat labs and patients fasting (even if your a walkin) I was done in less than minutes. Also I'm normally a hard blood draw and they only had to try one time filled all tubes and caused no pain

This lab is amazing! I had to give a blood sample for a routine test prior to an upcoming surgery. The woman at the front desk was extremely polite and accommodating! She was the one who took my blood sample and did it flawlessly!! No pain, no nausea, no vomiting, no fainting. Symptoms I have experienced EVERY OTHER TIME I have had to have blood drawn. Going here from now on for any and all blood work.

The gentleman that took my blood today was very sweet, professional and fast; I didn't even feel him sticking me. I will definitely come back if I need more blood drawn.

I have tiny veins in my arms. All my life they've been pretty much invisible. This means that blood work is a nightmare where I get poked numerous times by a hassled and stressed nurse who is simply trying to work with my pathetic veins. Enter natasha: this lady is a pro. She took her time feeling for the vein, found a usable one and I barely felt the butterfly needle at all. I would love to continue doing blood work specifically through her for the rest of my life. Her charisma and skill is unparalleled.

Went here to have some blood work done. The check in was digital and quick, technician was very friendly and professional and did a great job (didn't cause any pain or leave any marks when taking the sample). Was worried based on previous reviews about the staff but I was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend. Thanks.

Scheduled online through a 3rd party for elective bloodwork. Jessica was AMAZING. So kind, so friendly, so knowledgeable -- and a great stick! I didn't have to wait. I was able to check their wait time on the website, which was very helpful.

A bit hard to find (need to go to the lowest floor in this building) but they did a very good job drawing blood for my child. I was hesitant at first to have a kid go there but they were pros.
