Wonderful staff, including Winston who greets you at the front desk. Dr. Monson is very detail oriented and asks all the right questions and gives best medical advice. Everyone is warm and professional and most important very happy. Great selection of glasses and sunnies and the techs make sure the frames you pick are a good fit, look good and any special lenses such as progressive or computer are available. Best of the Best for eye care.

The doctor saw me and my daughter, as back to back visits. She was good with my daughter, eight years old. But when she walked into the room, there was another person with her who was transcribing on the computer, (I think) and Dr. Claugus, Anna, did not introduce or tell me who those other person was. When it got time for my appointment with the doctor, she had had to leave for a patient was not doing well. She did say she was sorry for having to step out. But during my visit, I felt as if she was rushed, and did not want to listen to any of my concerns or history. She looked at my meds and informed me she would cover a refill that I am in need of, but would not continue to cover my meds for my mental health and for pain. She suggested that I find a psychiatrist, and suggested pain management although I told her I use chiropractic care, as well as the pain medication to control my pain, so she wrote down a chiropractor on a piece of paper. and that was the end of my visit. She died not even places a stethoscope on me. I did not feel respected, I did not feel as though she listen to me, I did not feel as though she had time for my visit... therefore I have found another physician. As an Atrium Health employee I do not believe she held up our mission or our vision and I would not recommend her to anyone.

Tracy is amazing! The YMCA of Greater Charlotte used Tracy to come in and lead training for our Association camp leadership. She was very interactive and creative in her presentation keeping our group very engaged. Her presentation for our group focused on behavior management when working with kids two years of age and up. The team walked away prepared and equipped with resources to reference. Tracy was very responsive and easy to work with during the scheduling process.

I had a great experience with Stay Dry. The Mooresville staff are so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in a sensitive situation. I have completed my six sessions with plans for monthly follow up. Stress and urge incontinence is much improved. Thank you Stay Dry for the enhancement in my quality of life.

Recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at the center. The staff was great. I had never had anesthesia and they made sure my experience was the best it could be. Dr Clements and his staff are great and made these necessary procedures as pleasant as possible. The facility is first class and super clean. I highly recommend Dr Clements and his staff especially Yvonne who made me feel very at ease during the whole process . Great job guys.

Some things are just meant to be, I couldn't have had a better experience with the midwives here! They provided awesome prenatal care during our first pregnancy which included not only physical but mental and emotional support. These midwives knew when I needed encouragement or just a hug and were quick to provide their support for me. The appointments were not rushed and the midwives discussed everything from labor positions to life changes after labor and delivery. My goal was to have an unmedicated vaginal delivery. After going well over weeks with a difficult pregnancy, I elected to be induced and ended up laboring for days in the hospital. It seemed as though my baby girl did not want to come and I was very slow to progress. These midwives knew my preferences and never gave up on me, they worked together tirelessly-even communicating through their different shifts & schedules. They gave me option after option for achieving a vaginal delivery and eventually our little girl made it through my birth canal healthy and happy...no c-section, not even a tear or stitch! When I tell people about my labor story and everything they did for me they always say, "Wow, I can't believe they didn't just give you a c-section!" I am very grateful that I choose this practice and would recommend them to anyone!!!

Dr Adams knowledge is incredible. He researches extensively and is up on the science in all respects. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Women's Specialists!
