Ben has been fabulous! My husband recently had a critical medical issue - it became clear that we needed an adjustable bed and mattresses. We were able to get a wonderful set at an affordable price and Ben went above and beyond to the get new set to us in Toledo, Ohio. No delays , no supply issues. Couldn’t be more grateful or happy. They truly do an amazing job. The furniture quality cannot be beat. We asked them to build multiple pieces of furniture, most from their designs but also some customization. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Arletta is great with her communication, and when working on customizing, the guys in the shop were great communicating as well. What matters most however, is the final product, which is incredible. We are so happy with our purchase, this furniture is art.

Mason was phenomenal. I was purchasing a new mattress and had done minor research prior to arriving. Mason took the time to learn about my preferences and work within the designated budget. He provided strong recommendations and is extremely knowledgable of the products, benefits, and cost savings available to the customer. We had a fantastic experience with Ben at CBUS Mattress. He was both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. It was very evident that his first priority was making sure that we were able to find the mattress that was the right fit for us. Every bedroom in my house has a mattress from here! They are quality mattresses and last a long time. The employees are very knowledgeable about the mattresses and give amazing recommendations. I drove to Columbus from Cincinnati. I really didn’t want to go through the hassle of ordering online and then not being happy with the mattress. In fact that is exactly what I had just been through, I wanted a mattress that I knew I would sleep well on! Rich was friendly and very helpful. After answering all my questions he allowed me all of the time I needed to make a decision. Every single mattress I wanted to try was there! Amazing. So worth the trip!

Excellent customer service! Immediately greeted by Sean our professional sales representative when we walked in! He greeted us and quickly through discovery questions was able to guide us to a mattress for starting out the comfort diagnosis based on our answers. He again was able to take our communication and select some options for different brands similar for comparisons price/style/etc. These varied hybrid, pillow tops, and memory foam. Awesome! Through these we were able to easily identify the mattress that fit us perfectly (on our own it was overwhelming other places left us to just lay on beds seek our own??) Sean guided us the whole time perfectly. Explained mattress care, financing options and specials for budget. While Sean was assuring us Randy was working to expedite the process listening and looking up inventory locations as he heard answers, current sales, financing options. By the time we selected our mattress we had the numbers and budget w option. This was the most efficient and expedited use of our time! I am confident this is the best place to purchase a mattress especially if time and money are important to you! Go see Sean and Randy at Polaris!

My husband and I decided to visit this store and the customer service was excellent. Michael and coworkers made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They explained the details about the beds and pillows, had us test several, weren't pushy at all. We had a great time mattress shopping. We will be making a decision soon. Very impressed.

Randy was an excellent sales person. He asked the right questions and after hearing our response led us right to the needed mattress type. This was the fastest mattress selection process I have ever had. He also suggested some other products related yo our conversation and pointed us to all the sale items. This was a great experience. Recently stopped at the Mattress Firm Easton location. This was planned just be our first stop around town shopping options and pricing. Ended up purchasing a new mattress on the spot. I felt very good about the purchase because of my sales person, Jarrett’s knowledge. Knowing that there is a trial period for the new bed also removes my worry of making the right decision.

My experience at the shop was very nice, Jaylyn was very willing to explain all differences between their mattresses, aware of my needs and overall very nice, if I need another mattress I'll sure come back to this store.

Simply the best. With every terrible bed in a box mattress I've tried, there's something to be said about heavily warrantied, classically constructed beds. Compared to big box brands, their prices are fantastic. That guy Rick that works there is exceptionally patient and nice. Would recommend to anyone. Been sleeping on their products for decades.

Good store, I really like this location. Johnny was who I worked with and he was great! The furniture... it's not solid quality that's gonna last for years. I did get a couch with a chaise lounge and with the 5 yr warranty total was about $. I had a bad experience with furniture i ordered from another American Freight store, then after that I had $1, (cash, never again) stolen from me by the furniture store i went to that never ordered my couch and closed shop and myself and + others have to deal with in court. So after being exhausted with trying to get a couch I just settled. Just with the couch w/ chaise I got it's not a solid strong build. I mean strong enough... but you get what I mean. The legs that came with it that I am supposed to screw in I haven't/won't because there aren't pre-drilled holes or anything for them. On each end I guess they want you to just pick a spot on the plywood underneath and grab a drill and just push them in there. I don't trust it enough to do that so I'm just not using the legs.

Kevin Tracy made this experience a great pleasure by selling us exactly what we wanted. The only issue we had was we were told the extra pillow cases we bought were one size fits all, but they don't fit the longer pillows that we bought. We bought an adjustable frame, queen size mattress, two sets of sheets, 4 pillows and 4 pillow cases. People who live in Ohio should absolutely buy their mattress from our own hometown mattress factory. Why would you go anywhere else?

Would definitely recommend! I went to 9 different furniture stores before coming here. Once I called I was able to schedule an appointment the same day to look at furniture. The whole experience was so easy and they have a great selection!
