Kimberly was amazing to work with. I was in and out in minutes with a purchase of a new mattress and frame. She knew my budget, showed me many beds within budget, and it was the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Bought it Monday and it arrived Thursday. Kimberly is so sweet too, you can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help. / recommend :)

I was very surprised when I walked into this store. I never expected to see such beautiful and good quality furniture that that have. In fact I bought a chaise lounge for my living room on the spot and I had been looking for quite a while. The Salesman Joel was very kind and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. As well as Florence from their main store down the street on Mountain Ave in Hackettstown NJ. As you will see in my pictures some of them especially with the beautiful clocks (as I am a clock fanatic) we're at the main store the rest were from the outlet with the big tags on them. A big Stars!! Shout-out to Florence & Joel!!!

Great experience all around! Bautiful selection displayed in the store, Tracy, our sales consultant, was excellent to work with and helped us decide on a stunning couch and table grouping for our home plus a lovely framed painting that makes a beautiful accent. We received delivery and set up of these items a few days later from two careful, extremely competent delivery people who were focused on overall excellence. We highly recommend Berk’s!

Great selection of clothes and shoes. Large selection of furniture and good prices. Large selection of carhartt products. They also carry EMT and pilce clothes and accessories.

Excellent experience with a recent purchase. Anthony is an excellent salesperson. Rather than "sell me", he really helped me to buy the right mattress to meet my needs. The store has a great selection of products and it was great to be able to lie on several mattresses to see which would be best. The delivery was quick and efficient because the products I selected were in stock. The communication on the delivery time was terrific, and more importantly accurate. The delivery team arrived right on time and quickly assembled the bed and took the old bedding away. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm if you are on the market for new bedding material.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my second visit to this location. I already knew what sofa I wanted to purchase and was ready to pick out the pattern. It was made by England. The salesman was rude and told me that because he didn't have a floor sample that I should drive to their other store, which by the way, has equally snobby salesmen there. I told him 3 times that I had already sat on the sofa, in this store in Milford before. He refused to help me I am going to contact England furniture to inform them of what happened. Again, I knew what I wanted and this was going to be a cash sale. Also I was ignored when I walked into the store.Spend your money elsewhere unless you like rude and arrogant salesmen.

I started on my mattress purchase journey yesterday and expected it to take a few days to do my research. I went to Mattress Firm in Newtown PA first and finalized my sale in about an hour an a half!! I did not expect that because I am a careful consumer. Gary and Barbara greeted me so warmly when I walked in and I immediately felt at ease. Gary is so incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store and was able to guide me to the right bed for me. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and enjoys helping his customers. He listened to my sleep habits and my body issues and helped me pick the perfect bed foe me. He was so much fun to work with and he educated me along the way. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a new bed….start at Mattress Firm in Newtown with Gary and Barbara. Our sales associate, Angelique, was very helpful and friendly. We spent quite a bit of time in the showroom, and our decision to purchase kept us there past closing. Everyone was kind and helpful even though we were keeping them past the end of their shift. I highly recommend this store. And be sure to ask for Angelique when you get there. She’ll take good care of you.

We had a good experience with our salesperson Albert. He was able to sell us a very reasonably priced mattress for our daughter. We secured delivery two days later and the company took our old mattresses. The President's Day Sale made all the difference. We are a repeat customer and will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience in this family run Business. Very nice selection of many different types of furniture. Decided on a three-piece leather La-Z-Boy set which included two chairs and a couch. Selection was special ordered from la-Z-Boy and delivered by the store in a very timely professional manner. Without a doubt would definitely shop there again!

The best purchase we have made so far for our new house. Dave was so polite and he never pressured us to buy the items until we made our own decision. My husband and myself were so happy that they delivered our furniture before delivery date we had and items arrived all together with one delivery. Dave also gave us a gift card and that was like a cherry on the top. I don’t think so I can find a better place to go for my next purchase. Great selection of items in stock. Fantastic customer service! Mike was so helpful. He helped us find the perfect freezer for our needs right before the store closed. He took the time to help us and didn't make us feel rushed. We will definitely be back for a new couch soon. I highly recommend this store. Thank you for the friendly personable service.
