I ordered two jackets ($+) back in and have yet to receive them. After multiple attempts trying to contact the company over the past few years via phone and email, I still have yet to get a single response. This is unfortunate as the jackets looked to be a good product. I never leave bad reviews but in this case i feel like I was scammed. Simply the best RV and auto protection there is. I’ve had more than 1 or 2 RVs over the years , in sunny Az and Az, rain soaked Washington and deicer salted Roads in the winter. Duratain gets me compliments every where we go. We just picked a ’ Nyegra Motorcoach, black and gold. Looked great from the dealer, looks fantastic after Duratain, and it won’t wash off in the rain. Had some hangups with shipments coming in for my order. They worked with me to resolve the issue and at a fair price. Stuff happens, but I appreciate the customer service in fixing the problem. It was wasn't something they had control over.
