Love this place and they have good deals on bras and panties even their lotions and sprays just a little on the pricey side but their bras last and are comfortable will continue to go here for bras beats going to Walmart where they never have my size...

First time in, was just looking for lounge wear. The staff pointed tge clothing out to me and informed me that some of the tops we on sale. I will have to shop here again.

Kylee and Alex were amazing!! Not only did they help me find the perfect outfit for my new position at work, but they helped me feel so much better about myself and my weight loss!! I will definitely be coming back to see them!!!

Normally I wouldn't write a review about this specific store as I have had nothing but problems in the past. That all changed today! My domestic partner and I was greeted by Savion, a Sales representative of Dillard's in the women's section. She approached us engaging according to Dillard's Standard Operating Procedures. This brought a smile to my face. Though working 8 years at Dillard's, Savoin made me feel like I went back through time to an Era where Dillard's showed why they were competitors to Bloomingdale. Her engaging personality, questions and knowledge of my partner's dress size and style made me want to spend my money here. I wish every sales associate understood Dillard's SOP and style of selling. I will definitely ask for Savoin whenever I shop Dillard's in College Station, Texas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD ALSO. Thank you Savoin for everything and bringing back hope to me that the true Dillard's still exist.

Staff where friendly and helpful. They had good options of merchandise.

I really enjoyed my visit. The store was clean and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Each of the employees who helped myself, my girlfriend and a friend were very pleasant and patient, and we were able to make a successful purchase. I look forward to experiencing with my purchase. I set up for a wig appointment. They were very helpful and I tried on several wigs. I learned a lot as I knew very little about wigs. I was very pleased with everything there.

Had bad experience with manager fake smile and fictional customer service voice. I coughed once and heard her mumble something while looking at me. Young lady with colored hair and the gentleman with tattoos, Only 2 employees that helped. I appreciate them. The upper management holly and Ron are corporate puppets when I called to complain.

The very best Torrid in Houston. I’m leaving this review really bc I drive out of my way to come out to cypress to go to this location. Very organized, clutter free, & the best products torrid has. Michelle from this location is not only the sweetest associate at this store but she’s so helpful! Recommended things that would look good on me, saved me some money with some specials they had and offered the best customer experience I’ve had at a Torrid. When I came in today I wasn’t in the best mood but leaving I feel so happy and confident and it’s because of her. She’s a gift and you can tell she loves what she does! Never change Michelle! I hope you see this.

I just wish they had Petite sizes at the store for those of us that are short...I would buy an entire wardrobe if they did.
