Used this company for a group event with 2 stops with people. ABSOLUTELY loved the service from the initial call. Exceptional customer service from Tony, David and our awesome driver Larry, who literally dealt with us, got us from Tampa to St Pete, and gave us a fun night! / would use again and recommend to everyone needing a transportation company service. Clean bus, was always on time and waiting for us prior to scheduled times, went off without a hitch. :)

I needed security for a private event. Mr. Santiago and his team were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. Santiago and his company and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

This was our second time using them and we will always use them for limo service. I googled limo service for our anniversary and they have an huge inventory. I wanted to use local, but no one was available and had older cars. Merribeth in the office is so helpful and just nice to deal with. The first driver obviously knew what he was doing, had good customer service , I mean there wasn't anything wrong but I necessarily wouldn't request him. Last night Paul was our driver and EVERYTIME, we WILL request him. Punctual, PROFESSIONAL, dressed beautifully , easy going and accommodating. We could tell he has done this many times and his customer service is top level. We left coozies in the limo and he texted me this morning and asked me if I wanted him to mail them back. Hardly, do you receive service like that anymore. The cars we were both VERY, VERY clean and modern. One was a stretch and last night we had a Mercedes van, too big for 2 people but worth the price, I am definitely recommending All Access.

Outstanding, reliable, and friendly service! Both Phil and Hieu were on-time and they got me to my destinations without any issues. When I return to Tampa I will definitely use this service again, and I will request these same two drivers.
