When looking for legal counsel there are many options in Southern California; thus, it’s not always easy knowing who to use. So, I asked a lawyer that I had already been working with, but they didn’t specialize in what I was looking for; they referred me to Dan. I felt better about hiring legal counsel referred to by another professional that I have a good rapport with, since I knew they would guide me in the right direction. Dan was indeed the right direction. He was patient and listened to my ideas and what my needs would be. Furthermore, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and always gave great customer service with a great attitude. I feel that he indeed did help me set up my corporation the “right” way.
