The 10 Best Laundromats near me in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Laundromats near me in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US.

"We got behind on our laundry...like waaaay behind (110lbs worth!). We used the app and set up a pickup and the rest was history. The clothes came back well organized and folded. The staff are extremely friendly and I wholeheartedly recommend this place!"

"Went here because the high rating and because my buildings machines were all out of order. I went on a Monday around noon and there were only a couple of people which was nice. Lots of machines, clean space, easy to park out fronts or nearby. I liked the attached convenience store/sandwich shop (didn’t try the food). Very easy peasy, wasn’t hot and stuffy (not sure if it is when it’s busy). It was $4.25 for the double size washers I used (I believe there are 3 sizes). I was confused by the dryers bc it didn’t really show the time increase when I added quarters, I may have added more than needed?, but the different heat settings will show different times for how much you pay, and I think the dryers are cheaper than the washers. The wash time was about 20 min and I did the dryer for 40 min on medium heat which was perfect for a full load of clothes. All around very happy I went here. They do have an app which I would use if I went here regularly, I noticed (after I was done) that you get 1 free purchase when you sign up for it."

"Hands down this is the best laundromat I have ever been to, it’s quite possibly a perfect laundromat. Personally I don’t like using the single load machines, I like to get in and out as quickly as possible and there are so many multi-load machines. I used a 6 load machine, it was $9.75 which is a very fair price, and it did a excellent job cleaning the laundry, I’m seriously impressed. They also have a 15 load machine for $25, I never knew they made washing machines that huge, would be an excellent choice for washing a few comforters. For the dryers there are 2 super sized ones and 2 walls of the regular sized driers. On a weekend the regular driers are 50¢ (I think the cycle time is a little over an hour) and free on a weekday which is awesome! I used one of the super sized driers as the others were in use, it was $2 for 84 minutes (that’s a phenomenal price) all my clothes dried in about 13 minutes on high, I was not expecting it to be so fast. I really appreciate how all of the machines accept credit cards, possibly my favorite feature of this laundromat because I never have cash. The building looked to be in pretty good condition, more than sufficiently clean as well, although the chairs could use some tlc. If I need a laundromat again, I am coming back here no doubt about it,"

"I came to Viking when I needed to wash the floor mats of my car as they have 2 or 3 industrial washers specific to this. I brought quarters but you can use a card and it was much cheaper than I thought. They have plenty of standard machines so even on weekends it's likely there will be availability. And their standard is bigger than average. I brought oversized comforters that won't fit in my front load machine. Overall very happy with my experience and will utilize again."

"I had a great experience at rainbow laundry. The two new owners were very nice and fun to talk with and they stayed open past closing time so I could finish my laundry. The space was clean and bright. There are several good restaurants within walking distance if you would like to eat while doing laundry. Regular sized washing machines were $3.75 per load and the dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes. It took my clothes only 20 minutes to dry. They also offer full service wash and dry services as well as pick up and drop off. I highly recommend ."

"I was very impressed with my visit. The attendent was wonderful. He was amazingly helpful to all patrons. The facility was clean and bright."

"This was my first time here and I couldn't have been more pleased with the top notch service that was provided. I was given wonderful customer service via phone and in person. When I arrived I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door by Tiawanna. She was welcoming, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond all my expectations, offering assistance with my items and showing me around the laundromat. She also informed me of the loyalty program they have available which I definitely plan on taking advantage of in the future now that I know about it. I had a WONDERFUL experience thanks to Tiawanna and plan on coming back again in the future."

"Very quiet laundry mat, nice atmosphere, chill, artwork hanging up. No one bothered me, asked any questions...it was cool. Definitely gonna go there again before anywhere else if it's always like this. Great job, thank you!!"

"Low price to wash, there washer are four different sizes clean and friendly atmosphere"

"They had an issue with people pan handling here. This laundry is unattended sometimes but the last time I went there this was all taken care of. The attendant a mexican guy was really good he kept the place very clean whilst people where washing and all the machines were working. I would suggest coming to this site when they they have someone inside the store working."

"The washers and dryers worked and were not expensive. There is not a lot of seating so people don't hang around which automatically makes it better. Convenient street parking. Single load washers and dryers that dry 9 minutes for every $0.25 which I thought was nice"

"I love this laundromat. It’s very large and spacious and there is tons of folding table space. The two largest machines are $9 which I think is a great deal— compared to when I go to 24th and Lyndale laundromat for the same size washer, but $2 more expensive than $9. Not to mention at 24th and Lyndale you have to put a minimum of $2 in the dryer to start it. At this laundromat... the dryer takes $0.25 to start and you can add as you go! I save so much money by using this laundromat. I must admit there are some washers or dryers that don’t work, but there is a plentiful amount for you to not worry about it."

"Very clean and chill atmosphere. New machines that work fantastic, came here specifically for large loads for king size bedding."
