In our experience, the owner and employees of J & A Interior & Exterior Pros were very punctual and .reliable with excellent communications, This company is the only one we found in the small contractor niche that actually has a BBB membership and they have an "A" rating. On our project, they were steadily hard-working and dependable and they strive to do things like you want them done. Even if your ideas are sometimes slightly different from their initial ideas of how to accomplish the tasks involved in your project they don't try to push you away from your idea if it won't produce in an inferior result. They just make it all work out great.

Used by apt management company. Kills plants, poor trimming skills, used a weedeater to "cut grass" left dirt only behind, will walk on patio with leaf blower and make a mess. I am uncertain what thier instructions were so this may be partially the apts fault. Staff is nice and don't peek thru window. I certainly wouldn't pay for the service if I had any option. It's not a cut and dry situation so use at your own risk.

The redo of our backyard involved Hardscape, sprinklers and new sod grass. The goal was to increase our patio areas and improve the overall look and functionality of our yard. This project took about 6 weeks. Jesse was really good keeping us informed of progress, choices, and suggestions as the project unfolded. His guys work hard in all weather conditions. The quality of the work is excellent and they strive to make sure your completely satisfied. The materials we chose for hardscape were Allan Block (Canadian Company) for vertical retaining walls, Artistic Pavers for patio surfaces. The Lighting I chose was by DEKOR Lighting. We're very happy withe the results and I highly recommend JAC Landscaping. Here's the before and after pictures.

Left a message with them to get an estimate on a project and they returned my call the same day. I was able to sit down with Autumn (she was great) at the appointed time and work things through. She listened to what my wife and I wanted and has communicated throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone

Extremely unprofessional does not speak to clients in respectful manner. They just hang up on you while you are trying to ask when they could come by for the free estimate. After our first conversation he just now hangs up whenever I call, I did not do anything to receive this kind of terrible service. They do not want your business and do not want to work it seems. Better off contacting a different service provider.

Corey has a lot of experience designing and installing landscapes. His crews are well trained and are representative of the high standards that Corey insists on. We provided a plan to Corey and he transferred it to a 3D design that brought our future yard to life. The communication between client and contractor through the installation process was amazing and the project was completed exactly as we had hoped. The quality of work is great, the skill and professionalism of the crews is fantastic, and the final product is what we were looking for. Corey and Nu-life came to us highly recommended.
