What a great shop just met one of the owners today. Really nice people. One handy Henderson gives five stars most definitely.

Great place, realey good people to work with

A Portland-area staple for tools and tool repairs. They're always busy with repairs because they do a great job at reasonable prices. Great, down to earth service in my experience. update: they're still awesome and a great source for tools and accessories. Turnaround times on repairs are slower than ideal, but that's mainly due to supply chain issues and their immense popularity. Love 'em.

I recently purchased approximately ' of black regal glass system railings for my cottage deck renovation. We overlook a beautiful body of water and wanted to ensure the view wasn't blocked by railings. After a bunch of research we chose this product and could not be happier. They are easy to install for DIY'ers, look great, weather well, and have created the ambiance my wife and I were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again for a similar project. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer!

I spent the morning trying to find 4 bolts. The only place that seemed to have the size and length in stock was this location. I had been to 3 automotive stores and 3 hardware stores and was directed to this company. The Surrey location (very nice guy) told me the Burnaby location had the bolts in stock. So I drove all the way there, ( minutes) they had them and I was happy. Then the guy at the counter sheepishly told me I had to buy $ worth of merchandise in order to be able to buy $5 worth of bolts. I explained my frustrating morning to him, but he told me he couldn't sell me the bolts because it was the manager's policy and he'd get in trouble if he sold me less than $. I've never come across this before, and I was so angry that I wanted to speak to this manager, but he wasn't in. If you have the choice, deal with Surrey. The people working at this location seem like nice people. The policy they are having to enforce is really frustrating and seems rooted in trying to make more money than customer service. I asked if I could buy $ worth and then return the stuff I didn't want.....nope. I didn't buy $ worth of stuff I couldn't use and left quite angry. Save yourself the anger and frustration. Find another supplier or deal with the Surrey branch. Wasted an hour of my day!

Great products and customer service. In shop built ladders are excellent.

I can't say enough good things about their ladders and customer service. Bought a ' Orchard Tripod ladder from them. They let me try the ' and the ' so I could decide which I wanted. Their tripod ladders are great for pruning trees and bushes, not just for picking fruit. Way safer than a traditional ladder on uneven ground. They also have some cool benches that I didn't know they made. I may get some to use for painting projects, or even for camping.
