We used F2 Construction to replace our mantle with tile around our fireplace and along the wall of our two story great room. We value professionalism and great customer service. From the beginning Face and his staff were wonderful. They didn’t waste time getting the job done and they cleaned up after themselves each day they worked. The finished product is amazing and totally transformed our living space.

Paul and his team (specifically his project mgr Tim) did a great job on our renovation project planned and conducted during the height of COVID. Planning and attention to detail as well as the quality of the work was of utmost importance to us and they met our expectations. Despite long wait times for products we were kept informed in a timely manner. Despite a few minor hiccups with vendors - keeping everything in proper perspective everything went well. Tim was exceptional in staying on top of the work, vendors, and any changes/issues and communicating with us and staying calm :).

We recently contracted with DGK Construction to renovate our dated master bathroom. We interviewed several companies to do the job, but once we met with DGK we knew we had our team. We liked that this is a family run company at all levels, from customer service, to design to construction. Everyone we dealt with was respectful of both our time and our property. The end result is a beautiful extra large walk in shower where we once had an unused garden tub and small shower. We are extremely happy with the finished product and plan to use DGK in the future for other projects. -Bill & Shannon G

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Alair for both the design and build phase of a renovation project and can provide insight for prospective clients on both. For context, we widened and modernized our front porch with some awesome craftsman touches (great carpentry), expanded our kitchen in a complete re-design (all new custom cabinets), and re-configured existing space to accommodate a bigger bedroom and converted a half-bath to a full. Overall, Alair was terrific. They have high standards for the quality of their work, the people they hire, and those they work with. Prior to the renovation I interviewed a number of potential contractors and companies that could take on our project. We selected Alair because of their preparation and transparency. We worked with Roger who at all points was the most forthright and trustworthy point of contact. Over the next few months we went back and forth with Alair about the best way to accomplish our project. They listened to our needs and got to know our style (better than we knew it ourselves?). A third-party designer was brought in to assist, and this originally led to a fully drawn out plan for us to build a second story on top of our house. However, due to financial constraints that plan had to be scrapped. If I could offer one item for Alair to improve upon, I found the financial tracking of the planning phase tough to follow. At this point we were indecisive, and Alair took the time to sit down with us and start from scratch, again listening to us about what we wanted to accomplish. This was a very meaningful stage for us as Alair could have walked away having fulfilled an initial design contract, but their whole team seemed to want to transform our house into the vision we had. Through some creative thinking, our project manager Kareena (who was a great match for us and our project) showed us how we could make the necessary adjustments without expanding the square footage footprint, and we went ahead with it. What was a learning experience for us and Alair was working with a lending agency. Alair worked cooperatively as we all learned the construction loan process. Once the paperwork was settled, we were given insight into a project management portal where we could review the schedule, track budget, receive daily updates via email, and make approval on all relevant selections. There was transparency here but I do wish I had taken more time to learn the site up-front. Especially with regard to all of the individual item selections. The renovation took four months. We did come in slightly over budget (including our buffer budget) but that was due to decisions we made for quality appearances that Kareena presented to us as options. There were some (but not many) hurdles that came up that required funding, but overall the build process was smooth. All of the sub-contractors were respectful of our time and space. Alair really does choose to work with great, patient people, and that makes a big difference. Their team was consistently timely, and cleaned up well. They were also courteous to our neighbors, which we appreciated. If we requested a touch up or a sub-contractor make a repair, that was scheduled ASAP without question. By the end of the project we were sad to see them go as people, but thrilled with what they left behind.

Alfredo is an amazing contractor! He is very courteous, professional, and a clear communicator. We did a full master bathroom remodel and he did wonderful work. The project turned out perfectly! His team always showed up as scheduled and worked very hard. His team always put up plastic barriers around the work area to keep the rest of my home clean. He has excellent attention to detail and is very knowledgeable. I recommend this business without reserve and would definitely use them again.

Angela was great to work with and she gave me ideas for my future kitchen. The showroom is nicely done and the options give you a lot to think about in terms of style and make,you think about your own cooking preferences.

We have worked with Gary from Reico Charlotte to renovate three areas of our home and have had a wonderful experience each time. Reico was the original cabinet company from when the house was built and it was a seamless process to then connect with them for the renovation projects we wanted to do as they had our original design, selections and colors to match/coordinate with what we wanted to change/add. Gary was extremely kind, professional and went above and beyond with communicating with us regarding cost, design changes, delivery times, etc. We are pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the customer service e received with each project.

Howie R&R completed our kitchen backsplash and did a fantastic job! Zack & Mike were terrific to work with, professional, personable and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and their work is meticulous. Thank you Zack & Mike for a job well done - we love it! We highly recommend Howie R&R.

Nathan did an incredible job refinishing our dining table and chairs! They look brand new and he was able to match the stain with our hutch color. His pricing is very reasonable and he was professional and responsive throughout the process.

Dream Home Builders was a great company to work with. I hired them to build a 3 car detached garage and in-law suite. They are easy to communicate with via email or phone, they are prompt and do a great job of cleaning up each day. And best of all they finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend Dream Home Builders and Remodelers.

Very nice cabinetry. We are very pleased with the outcome and the friendly service throughout. I was reluctant to buy cabinetry without seeing it, but we felt our local kitchen designers in Marin County CA were too busy and overpriced. We had some issues, everyone will with any kitchen project, that necessitated a second large shipment to be shipped by air and there was no hesitation to make things right. I griped, they listened. I was extremely impressed how well everything was crated and individually packaged. Everything was bubble wrapped. We had almost no shipping damage in the 2 shipments we received to California. Now that the kitchen is complete we are happy with it and its beautiful. My only advice is to seal the places that you cut with epoxy because mdf will swell if it gets wet. Also, maybe look at sample of the optional prime handles before you buy them. They can be sharp on the corners and could collide and scratch with other doors when open. We like them now, but consider and design around those drawbacks. We worked with Nichole Leonard and Mike Conboy. They treated us well, and Nichole has lots of great advice she gave to me and my wife in her sweet southern voice. We have a very contemporary modern kitchen now with concrete countertops - glossy white, just like we envisioned.

This is the second time we have hired Geri as our designer, and I’m already thinking of other projects we want her hands on!! This project included our master bath (completely gutted and redesigned), and two new closets in our bedroom (so my husband could actually have a closet), and a remodel of our guest bathroom. Huge job. As with the last design a number of years ago, when Geri shows us her drawings (digitally), there is usually nothing we want to change or alter, which I find amazing. That’s how great she is. She hears what you need, then makes it better than you imagined. This was what I wrote a few years ago when we first hired Geri, and wanted it included in my review: We hired Geri to design a huge kitchen remodel for us. We had a couple of meetings where she covered various topics - our vision, our personalities, our hobbies, etc. With that, I then assumed we would then have to go through a number of her designs until we finally agreed on one. Her very FIRST design was perfect and personal and everything my husband and I wanted. Only minor minor tweaks were needed. During the actual remodeling, she has gone above and beyond her scope of ‘hired’ work to make sure the contractors are on task , that we are happy, and that the design concept stays true. She has made the process a wonderful experience, and I don’t think we could have asked for more in terms of her skill and design work.

I was very pleased with the kitchen remodel done by ADO Tech Interiors. Ado was professional, competent, conscientious, respectful and pleasant to work with, as were the people who worked with him. I thought the quote I received was reasonable and the remodel was completed ahead of schedule. I will not hesitate to call Ado for my next project.

We hired Southpoint Property services to do a partial home remodel for us (Pergo floor install throughout, new counter tops, sink and appliances, some wall demolition work) and they were truly great to work with through the whole process. Luiz and Jay were great at communicating about the project timeline and the work they were doing, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result! I found Mario's Company G Welding and lmprovement on the Nextdoor App. He responded to me very quickly and sent me he phone number. I reach out to him and made a appointment. When we meet Mario was professional he listened confidently and made subjects. When he can to do the work Mario was very neat, friendly, organized. He had great time management. Mario did an amazing job I was 💯 satisfied.

Core Concrete was a partner from the beginning of the buildout at Divine Barrel. They did our entire bar top, as well as our bathroom sinks. Customer service has been great, and their install was quick and efficient. Both the bar and the bathroom sinks are very unique, and you can tell they took their time with the design.
