Love their products, customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Have tried contacting multiple ways, even leaving a voicemail on their (unmonitored phone line... Why have one if you aren't going to use it?). Would love getting somewhere with an issue.

Update May : I'm now a married man & I can't begin to thank Tartantown for everything they did for me in getting my special Nova Scotia tartan as well as making sure my crew of boys were suitably dressed at my side. Everyone looked amazing in their colours and I honestly couldn't see my wedding looking any other way. Your service has been amazing this entire time but it is truly how friendly you all are that made it more getting our stuff from you. Can't begin to state how happy we are with tartantown and the help they've provided in making sure I got my tartan for our wedding next spring. Can't wait to go back for the proper fitting in the new year

This place is the bomb! So many neat things and imports you can get here as well as knowledgeable staff who can help you out and find out about your Scottish or Irish history! One team member helped me find my family coat of arms and even found the kilt colors. A friend I was with also found out theirs but the didn't carry the colors so the staff was able to find it through their database and order it for them. We are lucky to have such a unique place in our little slice of paradise. 5 outta 5 would buy from again!

I showed up two weeks before my wedding to get quotes and fitted, everything was as promised and even better no adjustments needed to be made to any of the suits. My son is in the middle school pipe band, so we are here often. Of course there are items for bagpipes, music and kilt rentals, but there is also Celtic jewelry and other goodies.

Great gentlemen who runs this store. Me and my wife both thought it was fantastic that he ran it out of storage unit space. Very nice, humble, professional gentlemen who helped me get my kilt size and belt size. I would recommend this gentlemen for kilts to anyone.
