My bf and I have used this company a couple of times to refill our oil tank in the winter for heat. We even needed to schedule a fill when the temps dropped and they of course were slammed (totally understandable considering the time of year). They were able to squeeze us in within a days time, which most other companies were a week or so out on availability. Their staff has always been helpful and I’ve never had a negative experience with them so far.

We had great experience with American Distributing getting a gallon propane tank installed. They were prompt, quoted a good price, helped us figure out what was the issue with our fireplace and overall very pleasant team to work with. They even advised us on how to be more efficient with out use of propane!

Imagine going back to the 's America. This place is the Apple Pie of Fuel. I went in for some Kerosene as I bought some Tiki Lamps and wanted to light them for the holidays to experiment with the different types of clean fuels that they offered. I don't really worry about the price of fuel these days but what I can tell you is that it's cheaper than a cup of coffee at Dutch Brothers. so it's a real good value! what was absolutely fantastic was the service. I wasn't kidding when I said it was like s. the only time you meet people this friendly is in the Midwest. I have a funny feeling they're probably from Canada however. :-) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and it was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Terrible Friendly staff Disgusting food. Great coffee but this is a truck stop and if your looking for snacks pop juices yes. But don't try the food it's not worth the price or your taste buds .. Sorry. Friendly helpful staff Great accessible and wheelchair friendly gas great but that's about it..

Here is the good: If you run any amount of E in then this is pretty much the only game in town and it's just off the #1Hwy. Performance enthusiasts are grateful. Here is the not good: on several occasions O have made a special trip here on a Saturday during their normal business hours and...THEY ARE CLOSED. NO SIGNS, NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE. I can see staffing may be am issue but at least have the courtesy to let people know. I GUESS CALL BEFORE YOU GO. I just wasted a tank of gas and 5 hrs round trip driving time😈

Called ahead to get a price on a couple barrels and I was very specific to the type of barrel I was looking to purchase. Quoted $ for something I can get for $ in Sacramento but agreed to it for convenience reasons. When I got there they charged me $ and when I suggested they charge me what they quoted the staff would not and gave me a patronizing attitude. If it was not for the fact that I sent my worker a different direction already he would be on his way to Sacramento to pick up of these and I would not have bought from them. I certainly won’t be doing business with Cross Patrolium again and don’t advise others do either.

Mike, the gentleman that delivered the tanks, was a pro! He knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t waste anytime. Friendly and professional. I would recommend Thompson to anyone who has propane needs.

Today is now the third day we have been waiting for our fuel to be delivered and now we have to wait until Monday because they are closed on the weekends. Such a disappointment when they told us Wednesday, Thursday, AND Friday that the fuel for our heater WILL be deleivered. Pretty pissed off.

We are grateful to Mark for helping us when our road trip hit a snag. minutes outside of Kemmerer our brakes suddenly made a giant clunk. Our caliper was rubbing against the rim of our tire. We clunked into town and he had us right in the bay. Our caliper was fixed in less than an hour. The price was fantastic!

I totally ran out of propane with another company because of their error. They wanted to charge me an extra $ for an "emergency visit". Thompson Gas to the rescue!!! Very, very happy with their customer service and getting me in so quickly. It would have been 6 days without heat or cooking otherwise!

Excellent prices, great service from the folks inside and there's always plenty of washer fluid to wash your windows with an extended squeegee handle. The parking lot is always well plowed. I appreciate how they also have services further up the highway at mile and .

Great location to fuel up 🚍 ⛽ I needed propane for my motorhome and they also filled me up with diesel. Best service by the office lady and very accommodating. The excellent price and convenience was outstanding. Easy in and easy out. One stop and MH is fueled up. Will always return when traveling close to the area.. Recommend 🇨🇱 🤠
