Came in here a year ago after purchasing jewelry from another Jewler in la. After seeing their custom pieces I was immediately regretting my first purchase, to the point that I had to have it remade. With that said this is the only place I buy jewelry at. They are very honest and have the best prices.

Years ago a couple of friends had their wedding rings designed and fabricated here. My friends couldn't say enough about this place & their rings. I stored that memory away for my future nuptials. The day came and I forgot about these guys. I went to at least 5 different jewelry stores and jewelers, feeling like I exhausted options, when I did a Google search and found Arareity again! What a relief to have found them! Carol (lead jeweler & designer) has outstanding customer service. She helped both my husband and I design our rings based on symbolism that has great meaning to us, and at a reasonable price. We're both extremely happy with the results & love our wedding rings. I highly recommend this place for it's unparalleled customer service, selection of jewelry, location, and the overall great experience.

Went here to get a ring resized. Susan provided some do the best customer service I’ve ever had. She was friendly and sunny, and she did a great job explaining all of the possible options and why certain things would not work. Will be going back here for all jewelers related needs!

The young lady behind the counter was so very nice and professional! It's about time that I actually had someone at a retail store of any type who was working there to be helpful. She alone will be the main reason for my return. The prices seemed to be a bit on the higher side but I hope that there would be a decent amount of "haggle" room. Nice inventory and a mellow setting. Just picked up something small but she did not try to sell us on anything we didn't ask about...NICE!

MCM (mid century modern) and antiques galore here! This is probably one of the biggest stores we've been to for this niche, and it's both well-curated and immense in it's selection! They have prices from top condition k+ sets to nice deals $ when the product owners just wanna get rid of things... Def an amazing spot to go diving for deals!

We had an incredible experience working with Howard to create a custom engagement ring. I fell in love with a vintage ring I saw online and he brought the vision to life in the best way possible. Adam helped me to understand more about design as it relates to durability and gave wonderful suggestions for style. Howard was incredibly receptive to feedback all throughout the design process and I love my ring so much! The price was extremely fair and the turnaround time was super quick.

Outstanding customer service. Wow!! I went there today to sell my old wedding ring. The guy I talked to (maybe the owner?) was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at my ring and very selflessly told me I could probably get more if I were to sell it to a private party. He weighed the ring, told me the brand and size and that it's k white gold. He told me the approximate value vs. what he would give me for it to just melt it down. Then, it gets better. He polished it all up for me and gave it to on what looked like thin parchment paper so no finger oils would get on it. He did all of this for me without getting anything in return (except for this review). It's selfless, awesome customer service like this that matters tremendously and that builds trust. I would recommend AK to anyone in the market for fine jewelry. In the future, if I'm in that market, I will definitely be taking my business there.

The employees here are beyond amazing. Dani provided outstanding customer service and he was incredibly kind. Dani also went out his way to nicely wrap our purchase. For a week My mother and I had been searching for the perfect chain and crucifix for my brother and Dani helped us find the perfect one in no time. The quality and variety of the jewelry was above my expectations. We will definitely be returning customers.

The two people who provided service for my son and I were extremely helpful. The younger of the two gentleman was honest and genuine with pricing and the products they had. His father also was very attentive when fixing my broken watch that was over years old. My son was happy with the selection and was able to choose a new watch within 5 minutes of walking inside. The place had a family-business atmosphere between the father and his son. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to fix their older watches or look for well-priced replacements.

5he salesman was extremely patient and listed to our requests for what we were looking for. Took the time to let my Mom look around and then showed her what she was looking for. In the end he met her needs perfectly.

The owner is the best and very knowledgeable. As a business owner myself, I can tell he has a lot of experience and always try his best to help his customers. Of course we can’t always please everyone.some are just outright bullies trying to take advantage of businesses😀

Kay Jewelers has been a great place for me to find a ring. Heather who has helped me every time from picking the ring, showing my options and giving great information (walking thru all of the different aspects of jewelry from cut/clarity/color etc), to assisting with re-sizing has been an all-star! I would recommend anytime if you need any help or are looking for a good piece of jewelry.

My husband bought my wedding ring and warranty here over 5 years ago, and they always take good care of it and are so nice to me when I go in for my cleanings! 😊 Bruni helped me this last time and she was wonderful! Super sweet and helped me with everything I needed. I had to get it re-sized for the first time so I’m glad she helped me out!

Alba Jewelers not only had a few art deco bands to choose from they also had a band that perfectly complemented mine! I was shocked and thrilled. Wonderful & quick service. Got my engagement ring resized & it finally fits me perfectly. Went from a size 4 gold ring to size 3.5, for $ in less than minutes. Would highly recommend this place for ring resizing. Call ahead to make sure they’re open & let them know when you’ll be heading over!

I took some links out of my watch and my girlfriend's and he did it so fast and good and our watches fit perfectly now.
