Came in here a year ago after purchasing jewelry from another Jewler in la. After seeing their custom pieces I was immediately regretting my first purchase, to the point that I had to have it remade. With that said this is the only place I buy jewelry at. They are very honest and have the best prices.

What a great jewelry store in Sacramento! Jonathan offers service and quality at the highest level. Their diamond engagement ring selection is beautiful, and his custom jewelry work is the best I’ve seen! When working with Jonathan K & Co. Fine Jewelry, you work directly with Jonathan as your personal jeweler and his years of top notch experience. You feel like the VIP! I highly recommend!!

Years ago a couple of friends had their wedding rings designed and fabricated here. My friends couldn't say enough about this place & their rings. I stored that memory away for my future nuptials. The day came and I forgot about these guys. I went to at least 5 different jewelry stores and jewelers, feeling like I exhausted options, when I did a Google search and found Arareity again! What a relief to have found them! Carol (lead jeweler & designer) has outstanding customer service. She helped both my husband and I design our rings based on symbolism that has great meaning to us, and at a reasonable price. We're both extremely happy with the results & love our wedding rings. I highly recommend this place for it's unparalleled customer service, selection of jewelry, location, and the overall great experience.

Went here to get a ring resized. Susan provided some do the best customer service I’ve ever had. She was friendly and sunny, and she did a great job explaining all of the possible options and why certain things would not work. Will be going back here for all jewelers related needs!

The young lady behind the counter was so very nice and professional! It's about time that I actually had someone at a retail store of any type who was working there to be helpful. She alone will be the main reason for my return. The prices seemed to be a bit on the higher side but I hope that there would be a decent amount of "haggle" room. Nice inventory and a mellow setting. Just picked up something small but she did not try to sell us on anything we didn't ask about...NICE!

We had an incredible experience working with Howard to create a custom engagement ring. I fell in love with a vintage ring I saw online and he brought the vision to life in the best way possible. Adam helped me to understand more about design as it relates to durability and gave wonderful suggestions for style. Howard was incredibly receptive to feedback all throughout the design process and I love my ring so much! The price was extremely fair and the turnaround time was super quick.

I have been a pleased and completely satisfied customer of this jeweler for over years, beginning with a custom wedding ring design, to numerous pendents (with diamonds and other stones), rings, earrings, plus numerous gifts for family. Syd's designs are unique and absolutely gorgeous! He is a trusted member of our community, and delight to collaborate with on new jewelry from old pieces. Highly recommend Syd and his staff for anyone looking for good design, fair costs and a delightful experience when visiting this shop.

Outstanding customer service. Wow!! I went there today to sell my old wedding ring. The guy I talked to (maybe the owner?) was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at my ring and very selflessly told me I could probably get more if I were to sell it to a private party. He weighed the ring, told me the brand and size and that it's k white gold. He told me the approximate value vs. what he would give me for it to just melt it down. Then, it gets better. He polished it all up for me and gave it to on what looked like thin parchment paper so no finger oils would get on it. He did all of this for me without getting anything in return (except for this review). It's selfless, awesome customer service like this that matters tremendously and that builds trust. I would recommend AK to anyone in the market for fine jewelry. In the future, if I'm in that market, I will definitely be taking my business there.

Wonderful experience here! Needed to buy two blouses to go with skirt and pants I already had. The two people who were in the shop were incredibly helpful without every being pushy. Fair, reasonable pricing and beautiful pieces here. They also work closely with a tailor (not in house but her prices sounded reasonable and they called her to ensure she was available for me to pop by her place to have the alterations I needed done in a timely manner - great service!). Will definitely come back for any future needs surrounding traditional South Asian formal attire!

5he salesman was extremely patient and listed to our requests for what we were looking for. Took the time to let my Mom look around and then showed her what she was looking for. In the end he met her needs perfectly.

Kay Jewelers has been a great place for me to find a ring. Heather who has helped me every time from picking the ring, showing my options and giving great information (walking thru all of the different aspects of jewelry from cut/clarity/color etc), to assisting with re-sizing has been an all-star! I would recommend anytime if you need any help or are looking for a good piece of jewelry.

Always had outstanding customer service outstanding experience all other 1 star reviews on this jewelry store are fake people trying to get more for less no make any sense. I know these people since long time they never showed attitude to anyone already running 5 locations.they better know the customer service don’t believe the fake reviews highly recommended this place.

This was the one store that had all of the charm I was looking for and was able to order online for pick up, I also ended up purchased more charm at the store also. Oriana was very nice and patience with my undecisiveness.

My husband bought my wedding ring and warranty here over 5 years ago, and they always take good care of it and are so nice to me when I go in for my cleanings! 😊 Bruni helped me this last time and she was wonderful! Super sweet and helped me with everything I needed. I had to get it re-sized for the first time so I’m glad she helped me out!

I had an engagement ring that needed to be fixed from a previous jeweler. The opal had turned black and needed a new stone. I had it sized and the previous jeweler did a horrible job fuzing it together. I brought it here and they put in a new opal, fixed the place it was fuzed together and polished it up. Seeing the final result made me want to cry. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for restoring my ring to perfection.
