Purchasing my ring at Falls was such an enjoyable experience. Jane Falls was so helpful and genuinely wanted me to find that special ring. Initially pursuing a sapphire and diamond design, Jane was so engaging that she suggested that the luster of tanzanite and diamonds might be more to my liking; was she ever right. I truly appreciated her guidance and found the perfect ring for me! Jane was the best. I thought about it, returned and happily bought the ring. Her husband Sam sized it to fit that afternoon, and her son Caleb delivered it to me the next day. What service; what caring jewelers! Falls Jewelers was such a fantastic find on my Christmas trip to NC.

Will send out a product even when they know they printed it incorrectly. I purchased a blanket red in color the product came ORANGE. When I called and explained the issue the customer service agent told me "oh yes that happens alot where a red product will print orange but I see your image is clearly a dark red so we will reprint it for you." Nope cancel my order! How do you think this is good customer service? I chose them as they had a special going on an it was great for the blankets that were not red but I had to go back to my regular vendor. Their pricing is a tad bit higher but I never have to worry about the product shipping out incorrect if I send them the artwork with the correct color profile. I matched up a blanket done with my regular supplier and one done by Ramco with the exact same colors as I have my templates locked in and it was a drastic difference. I sent the photos to Ramco and she continued telling me how yes it is obvious and they just mess up and print orange sometimes. Why not reprint and get it correct instead of waiting for the customer to receive was would be considered damaged goods to them. Makes the process so much longer. That't just bad customer service to me and wastes my time. Thank goodness I had the blankets sent to me and not drop shipped to my customer directly as my companies reputation would have been tarnished.

Went in for a necklace for an anniversary and Jennifer spent time with me selecting just the right chain and pendant to meet my needs. She was informative and friendly and an absolute joy to work with and at the end of our time together i left feeling confident that i had made the right choice. Just a few days later and my boyfriend was in love with it!!! Thank you Jennifer for your time and knowledge, you truly made a first time jewelry buying experience the best it could be!!

Falls is hands down the best Jeweler in town! From their incredible customer service to their beautiful jewelry - you can not go wrong with them! They helped my husband custom design my engagement ring, followed by our wedding bands. It was the best experience.They’re awesome! Highly recommended by our family!

My Aunt found the headpiece that she, my Nana and my great grandmother wore in their weddings and gave it to me to see if I could do anything with it for my wedding. I brought it to Kathleen hoping something new could be made out of the beads and oh did she deliver!! Not only was she able to make a comb for me to wear in my hair but she was able to use the remaining beads to make nine small pins that my Aunts and cousins can wear too! I cannot express how thankful I am for her hard work and creativity! She showed so much interest in this project when I brought it to her and she was even able to tell me where the beads might have come from. Thank you Kathleen for making these beautiful hair pieces that can now stay in our family for many more years to come!

I had a great experience with the workers and am very happy with my experience! I had the assistant manager pierce my ears. She was fantastic. I also wanted to get my young daughter's ears pierced. A second employee came to assist so we could do her ears simultaneously. They both went above and beyond to make her earrings perfect, as well as help keep her happy.

If you are looking for beautiful, quality, handmade jewelry - look no father! I bought a small snake ring that I wear almost everyday and also had a permanent bracelet put on with a small diamond gem. I receive so many compliments on birth and I’m always tickled to tell someone they were made by the same person. If I could give this 6 stars, I would.

I visited Shirlee to have her design my wife's engagement ring and wedding band 3+ years ago. She did a fantastic job! She looked at rings I found online and then created something based on various features of the rings that I liked. 3 years later, I went back to her to have another band created to match the original wedding band. She created it and mailed it to me in a very short amount of time. Shirlee's work is amazing and she completes everything necessary extremely quickly.
